I am not a fan of the other optifast or other VLCD bars because they are all ridiculously sweet and coated in chocolate so I was happy to see the cereal bar. It is still very sweet but it is nice and has a good texture. Easier than making up a shake when you are on the move

These are delicious. It’s so hard finding a high protein product that doesn’t taste like protein powder. Nice and chewy, taste good with my morning coffee..And they work. Down 2kg by the end of week 1. (2 shakes, 1 optifast bar and a salad/meat dinner) each day.

These are quite delicious and very satisfying as a meal replacement, also very convenient.
Not my favourite. But good if you want high protein without the calories. My home made bars are tastier but unfortunately more calories and half the protein..and as we all know it's the protein that satisfies the hunger.
I like this cereal bar, as it’s not coated in chocolate, and not sickly sweet like some other brands. It’s suitable for breakfast ..it’s quite filling and the chew is satisfying
Taste fine for what it is. I always have any of these low calorie bars with a coffee as they all generally tend to be a bit try. But this doesn't have that overly fake flavour like protein bars and VLCD foods can have so I prefer it.
One of these bars is a dependable source of food for any meal of the day. I always have one in my handbag when travelling or at work when I have no opportunity to buy a nutritious meal. Added to a piece of fruit and a cappuccino, it provides all the ingredients necessary to keep healthy and energetic during the day.
I like the cereal & berry flavour, however there is a little bit of a weird aftertaste - which happens with bar diets like this! I like to have mine with coffee in the morning to combat the aftertaste. I will definitely continue to buy this product.
