Way to dense and hard. It is very difficult to eat and the effort isn’t worth the taste won’t waste my money on these again
A little sweet without a real raspberry flavour but overall my second favourite of the Optifast bar range. The nice crunchy texture allows one to eat it slowly which helps me feel full.
It is a five star product because it works every good And it does help me lose weight
Perfect for assisting in a weight loss plan.The cherry flavoured ones are my favourite. The chocolate coating and sweetness makes it taste delicious.
Got these as on Active 2 plan with Optifast, was pleasantly surprised at how enjoyable they were to eat and almost tempted to eat another every time as they taste pretty good! Would def recommend trying these as an alternative if you are having the shakes on Optifast, gives a bit of variety to meals. The processing of the order was super fast, ordered in the afternoon and was dispatched the same day and arrived here the next day, fantastic service from Mighty Ape :)
I think these are the best bars, however they are expensive and I wait until they go on special.
These bars are delicious cold from the fridge. Very convenient when out and about. Makes a VLCD much easier to stick to. Chewy and tasty.
