A delicious bowl of creamy lemon heaven.

I had only tried the chocolate desserts previously and on a whim decided to try the lemon flavour for a change. Oh boy ,I'm glad I did! I enjoy lemon cake, so I loved every spoonful of this creamy mild lemon pudding like dessert. It is hard to believe its vlcd when your tastebuds tell you otherwise! A regular favourite on my opti shopping list.

Best product in the range

This is the MUST have product in the optifast range.It tastes nice. It feels indulgent. and it is satisfying and it is so Easy to make and sets to a lovely consistency, if you follow the instructions.I use a microplane grater to add the merest hint of freshly grated lemon zest to the top straight after I pour the liquid into a pretty container, then into the fridge to set.And it counts as a meal but feels like an indulgent dessert. I love it !I look forward to Optifast bringing out a similar Mango Creme dessert and a Caramel Creme dessert.

Definitely does not taste like diet food

I was dubious about the optifast range. I expected chalky tasting diet foods. I was so surprised to find the lemon desert was extremely tasty. It has now become my go to snack on the run. you could serve this up as desert for your family and no one would even know it was a weight loss product.

Delicious diet dessert

This is my first time trying this diet dessert and all I can say is Yumm! Maybe a tad on the sweet side but hey I have a sweet tooth. This product doesnt feel like I am on a diet and it makes dieting so much easier with varieties of Optifast products. My weight loss is small and slow and steady, that's the way I like it and enjoy my desserts along the way. Thank you Optifast. Keep making great tasting products.

Great flavour

I bought this lemon dessert pre bariatric surgery to follow Doctors protocol pre surgery. A dietitian suggested this lemon dessert as it was gluten free and low lactose. Two ingredients I’m sensitive to. Nice flavour, texture and easy to prepare.

Lemon Creme Tastes Good

A lot of meal replacements taste pretty bad, this one doesn't. A nice, silky consistency. Not particularly filling [unfortunately] but the taste is better than most. Online meal plans to support this and other Optifast products are free of charge. You need to supplement these meal replacements with lots of leafy greens etc. as you would expect.

My treat for the day. I have this about an hour or so after my soup and veggies and it’s my treat for the day. It’s very palatable and delicious. I have tried the chocolate but it’s not to my liking because I’m not a chocolate lover. Coffee yes chocolate no. I wish they would bring out one in coffee flavour but lemon does perfectly fine. After breakfast lunch and dinner this brings my day to 800 cal and after 2 weeks I am 6.5 kg lighter, happy, healthy and ecstatic to be losing weight. No reason to stop I’m enjoying this and I’m enjoying losing all those Covid kilos!
