Great weight loss shake that tastes nice, can even mix a bit of coffee with it to have like a coffee shake. High protein that satisfies your hunger. I have lost alot of weight with hardly any exercise just replacing meals with shakes twice a day and having dinner at night.

Optifast Protein Plus vanilla shakes are delicious and creamy. Losing weight isn't easy but these shakes are so nice I actually look forward to them. Hint: add a serve of Natvia sugar free salted caramel or chocolate topping for extra deliciousness!

An excellent product, much more filling than regular Optifast shakes , combined with the bars & a bit of discipline to follow the programme it is an excellent way to weight loss . We blend ours with iced water & ice for a better taste. We find the chocolate way to sweet.

Good price but awful taste

I was looking forward to this product because it was on special and I love the coffee shake in the Assortment pack. Unfortunately, this shake was dreadful. It's a different type of coffee flavour. It's called "Classic Coffee". It tastes like coffee that has gone bad. I'm very disappointed with this purchase

Heaven in a shaker!

This is THE most delicious protein drink i've ever had - and i'm one of those people that has tried every protein powder going, all the big tubs/pouches/sachets. And absolutely none come close to this delicious Vanilla Protein-Plus. Finally there's a healthy drink for weight loss that tastes delicious (like custard and a vanilla milkshake!) and doesn't have any strange powdery protein taste or aftertaste. The weight loss has started for me already in just over a week. Highly, highly recommend

I need this to survive!

I had to have a total gastrectomy, lost half my oesophagus and 2 metres of my small intestine because of a tumour growth that was in a piece of meat that decided to overtake my stomach. After all, they dont test animals at the slaughter for cancer. So we are eating their infectious meat. Now that l have no stomach, unlike other TG patients l have no tolerance for solids now. I struggle even to eat a small banana unless its mushy. In fact everything must be pured or in liquid and l no longer eat meat because it almost cost me my life. This product is a godsend, although my taste has changed which it does when your stomachless, l can tolerate the flavour and find this one to be the nicest and not sickly sweet flavour the others have. The only downside is l wish l could taste more coffee. Its great it comes in high protein because l need it, to keep my muscles from deteriorating. I have to have 5 sachets a day at least. So you can imagine how frequently l need to buy. My sister on the other hand went on these and had no stomach issues. She has lost 45 kilos just be replacing her evening meal with a coffee protein shake. So if youre buying for weight loss it does work but you cant have one then eat junk food. You have to be disciplined and try to get a walk in every now and then.

OptimSlim coffee shake plus protein

I loved the coffee shakes and could not find them locally so decided to buy the coffee with protein. Unfortunately I found them really unpleasant and nothing like the coffee alone shakes and tastes to me like dirty water and have not drunk any more after the first one .. really disappointed.

Successful weightloss

First time trying diet shakes, these are quite palatable especially if you mix with heaps of ice. I love coffee and since drinking these I have not felt like extra coffee, they are filling so I never felt hungry, easy to use, I lost 10kgs in the first 2 weeks (intensive phase)

Vanilla shake versatility

Vanilla is a versatile flavour. So adding something to it to make it taste better is great. It also thickens, almost the same as the dessert when left in the fridge for some time. I like the thickness.
