Chai flavour

Disappointing. Needs more spice to have that real chai flavour. I have to add cinnamon to enjoy it more.

Chuky batch

For some reason this batch has really been quite chunky and hard to swallow. Not usually like this but have seen some other low reviews on this flavour too which is usually quite nice.

Delicious and Filling

Decided to try Optifast again as I am really struggling as I try to lose weight and have tried several other brands. Was pleasantly surprised by Chai flavour but thought what the heck and purchased it. So glad that I did . It has a delightful flavour . Well worth trying Wish they also put it in the bigger box size though . I alternate flavours and I am actually losing weight. I also have one meal during the day and add extra water to the shakes. I find all the shakes quite filling .

Easy to prepare

Fast and simple to prepare anywhere, for the busy person who is always on the go. Opti fast is a great meal replacement, Chai is one of our favorites when it tastes good you don't feel you are missing out on normal foods. It makes sticking to a diet that much easier. Having been on the program for 4 week both my teenage son and i have lost 10 kg each.

Great Flavour

Going on Very Low Calorie Diets can be trying but Optifast VLCD Chai shake has made it bareable for me. The flavour is great. Full of spice, and when I dilute it by adding half a cup of water, it is the right level of sweetness for me. I actually feel like I am getting a treat even though I am on diet.

Great tasting item - best of range!!!

YUMMO! A deliciously flavoursome drink. Enjoy either as a meal or just as a snack. I usually add a little protein powder if hungry and needed for a meal replacement, as this keeps me feeling full for longer and stops a growling stomach. Item certainly works for weight loss though as on a 2 wk trek of 3 per day I can lose 10kg-14kg - handy for those quick weight gain moments...

Not my favorite flavor

I love chai lattes and thought this would be a good alternative for me. But the taste is a little lacking. I only have one every other day between my chocolate shakes. I have tried having them warm as they say you can but they just go lumpy. I am going to try with crushed ice and blend next.

Pleasantly surprised

I bought this flavour as an alternative to the usual strawberry, choc ,vanilla fare. I wasn't expecting great things given that it was a diet aid, but the flavour was a pleasant surprise. Use a bullet mixer or similar to get the best out of it.

SO GOOD

Delicious. Doesn’t have the usual ‘shake’ after taste. Probably the best flavor I’ve had of this brand
