Fast and simple to prepare anywhere, for the busy person who is always on the go. Opti fast is a great meal replacement, Mocha is one of our favorites and when it tastes good you don't feel you are missing out on normal foods. It makes sticking to a diet that much easier. Having been on the program for 4 week both my teenage son and i have lost 10 kg each.

Despite the small portion a full glass of this mocha actually fills you up quite well. It tastes almost like a thick shake (but better) and is really easy to make; just add water and shake, and ta-da! Meal is prepared!! I’d buy this again for sure! :)

Have had this mocha shake now for a year or two it’s approved by my cardio to use once daily for lunch. Highly recommend.
These are my absolute favourite. They taste great are easy to drink and don't have a weird after taste like some of their products. I just wish they were available in store and not always sold out.
I usually HATE anything mocha. But this was pretty good! I gave it 5 stars because I was so surprised it tasted good.
After being on Optifast a few weeks now I have definitely noted my favourites from the shakes available and Mocha is my definite winner, followed closely by the coffee one. I make it up with 200mls of ice cold water, add a little ice and blitz it till it's frothy and creamy. I would highly recommend this flavour, especially if you like chocolate and coffee.
Taste is great. Just like having a iced mocha . I used cold water and you can even put ice to mimic your drinking this like in a coffee shop. I only purchase optifast as the sugar content is low. Best product on the market .
This is my favourite flavour! Lots of ice, refrigerated cold water and then add the sachet of Optifast and blend in a blender until well combined. It’s the best!
My daughter has a chromosome deletion which governs her appetite. the condition is caled Prader-willi Syndrome. They never feel full leading to seek food at all and dangerous costs and they are mentally and behaviourally challenged aswell. However, with the Optifast program whe feels a level of satiety and infact when she originally started the program 9 years ago she initially lost 10 kg over 3 months. I can't imagine us ever stopping although she doesnt follow the strict program anymore.
