Everything about this product is great, it keeps you feeling satisfied, it's easy to prepare and dissolves well when you mix it. I have lost 10kg in 2 months using the shakes. One tiny complaint I have is that with 200ml water as instructed, it is disgustingly sweet, so I have been adding 400ml water instead. Other than that I'm really happy with them.

Love Optifast but vanilla is vanilla.

Vanilla is vanilla, it’s not the most exciting flavour - but Optifast has worked great for me. By replacing dinner only (rather than all meals) I have lost nearly 5kg in a couple weeks. They genuinely keep you feeling full unlike other shakes I’ve tried, which were basically just a yummy drink. Highly recommend, but the other flavour I purchased (coffee) was far superior for flavour.

So much better tasting than I expected

I first bought these shakes about 6 weeks ago. My favourite flavours are Mocha, Chocolate, Vanilla and Banana, but they are all pretty nice to be honest. They definitely need to be blended in a Nutri-Bullet or blender with ice. I refill the same one with ice and reblend to make it last longer and to also get the extra fluid that you require when doing these shakes. So great taste and is working for me so far. Very happy with this product and wasn't necessarily expecting to be, so I am really glad I gave this a go.

Thick, tasty and filling

Thick meal replacement shares that full you up and taste great. I lost 8kgs on the Optifast program so I know it works. Highly recommend the Optifast program. They now have an app where you can track meals, weight, water intake and steps. The app also has recipes and meal plans. The app is an excellent addition to the program.

Vanilla is my fav

I bought a 10 multipack to taste all of the flavours. For me the Vanilla is the best. Choc, mocha and strawberry ok. Coffee the worst. Now have bought the 18 pack Vanilla for same price as the 10. Much better value. Will try a bit of coffee in the morning one to add some variety but happy with the vanilla for lunch and dinner. Following the intensive program for a couple of weeks. Hoping for a good Kickstart and then go back to 2 shakes a day with 1 healthy meal.

Very low calorie diet shake that's filling!

I can not express enough how excellent these shakes are. I've lost weight, maintained that weight loss and not felt hungry at all following this diet at my doctors and dieticians request. I was dubious to begin with but I've noticed a massive change in my eating habits, not only am I replacing 2-3 meals a day but these have all the vitamins you'll need do your not depriving yourself of the good fuel you need and I've not felt hungry at all doing these. Chemist Warehouse tends to often have the best low cost value for purchasing optifast and getting delivered to your home means you don't have to avoid those judgemental people in your local area who seem to have a view on all things diet as well!

Waste of money

I really wanted to like this for many reasons, some of them being that I need to lose some weight, and this was expensive and I can't afford to throw money away. I was wrong. I found the Vanilla sickly sweet, even doubling up with the amount of water that's suggested to mix it with. It's definitely better with ice crushed through it. So far I haven't noticed it fulfills my appetite. This might be OK as a short term solution but I couldn't do this for too long. I've been using it for 2 weeks now and I still can't get used to how sweet it is. I'm not buying it again when this box runs out.

Worth the price if you stick to it.

I have 2 cups of stir fry veggies for dinner and 3 shakes a day. No exercise but I’m obese so the weight drops quicker at first. You HAVE to follow the rules otherwise you won’t get the results you want. I like all flavours except coffee personally. They taste like a milkshake even when you just add water to it unlike other shakes that have that run down water milkshake taste. I wake up at 5am every weekday and I’m in bed by 10pm. I joined the optifast Facebook group to stay motivated and it helps a lot and you get great support. I’ll continue to buy more and do 12 weeks. I say, give it a go. Get a week or two worth of optifast and see if it’s you enjoy it. For the price, it’s worth it if you stick to it. Chemist Warehouse is the best place to get it. Fast shipping, discount prices and they’re always stocked up.

Yummy Vanilla Shakes

Very happy with my decision to try Optifast. The vanilla shake is really yummy and fills you up for ages. I used this to substitute breakfast and lunch and I have lost a few kilos already. I would love to try the other flavours
