He is woofing it down with no problem. The added Joint Care in it seems to be helping ease his stiffness in the back legs, especially in this cold weather, which is an added bonus. I will certainly be buying this in the future.

Vet recommended me place my 7 yr old Grey onto a mature age dry food, have used this particular product routinely with no complaints, pooch just hoovers it down, then continues with his zoomies out the back! Pet Circle have always been the port of call when it comes to ordering these large bags. Staff are always extremely helpful with any concerns at all.

And they actually taste a like chicken, I couldn't help myself. But unlike me, my dog is the fussiest beast i have ever owned. She will come up to here dinner bowl to check out what I have given her, have a sniff, and walk away most times. Not with these though, she would finish the whole lot in no time flat, which means they must be good, because she is a very fussy eater. I have tried to give her other dried biscuits before and she has turned her noose up at them. Not these. Must be good if my dog eats them. Definitely recommend especially for fussy dogs. Now it' a race between me and her to see who gets to them first!

I changed to optimum mature as my 8 year old golden retriever was having a few joint issues especially jumping in the car. This dry food seems to have helped and she is more mobile. Also good that it is smaller in size so easier to chew. I would definitely recommend it.
Our elderly greyhound loves this Optimum Senior. Nice small pieces easy for her to chew & she loves the taste which makes our job easy. Maintains a healthy weight & she gets all the vitamins & minerals she needs.
My dog is extremely picky when it comes to anything - but especially her dry dog food biscuits. We have purchased numerous brands over the years only to have her turn her nose up them and walk away. We've been forced to give them away to pooch-owning friends. But Optimum Mature was spot on for our dog. She is in her maturing years and is after something a bit softer, smaller, easier to chew and this ticks all those boxes. She gulped it down and turned to us for more. Right on, dog.
I have an older female German Shepherd who can sometimes be a little fussy when it comes to trying different foods. Introduced the Optimum mature chicken, vegetables & rice slowly & to my surprise she absolutely loved it. Gave her more each day & she gobbled it up without hesitation. Good size biscuits, easy to munch on & healthy for her as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has any breed of dog.
This dog food has been specifically designed for older dogs 7 years plus, with joint health in mind. My big 10 year old Rottweiler loves this food, and I have really noticed a difference in his coat since switching his dry food to this. There has also been a major difference in his poops (more solid, sorry if tmi). It makes me happy to know I am using a premium food to support his overall health as he ages. We had no trouble switching from his previous grain free diet to this. The biscuits are quite small as well, and therefore suitable for a dog of any size.

These are great treats and healthy to. The other treats I was giving my fur baby she would only eat certain flavours. These where great, i opened the pack gave her a few and she loved them straight away! They also stayed fresh longer than other treats even with the self closing packet, my fur baby she would sit near the bench when it was breakfast time as she knew these where coming where other treats she wasnt that fussed about but she really loved these highly recommend to anyone with a fur baby
