Pretty good product and I don't retail a ton of water weight with this product.No weird stomach issues with it either.Definately aids in muscle recovery.I am currently in a cutting phase, and this has allowed me to keep the levels up while reducing my calorie intake.This product also does not break the bank to keep some on hand. I use it in apartial dose,, taken pre & post work out. I started using it after 45 days out of the gym and work with C-19 Pneumonia , within 2 weeks of taking it I started making gains and building g back to where I was. I started it in small doses the end of January, and have continued Taking it.

Product is exactly what it says... micronized creatine in capsule form. I find these much easier to consume than unflavored creatine powder (I can't stand the grittiness). I've trusted Optimum Nutrition for my supplement needs for a long time and will continue to do so. If you're working out with any sort of vigorous training/weightlifting program and you're not taking creatine, do yourself a favor and start! It's fantastic for muscle strength and endurance, and it's safe.

This has helped me with my workouts significantly. I’ve been using these a week now and already notice performance improvement. I can finish sets a lot easier now. Definitely recommend this stuff increases performance in the gym. The reason it is a 4 star is my only complaint is the capsules are a little big. If you aren’t a fan of the big pills. They have a powdered version of this brand as well. Go with that one. Besides that it’s an amazing product. And offers convenience in the capsule form for me. It would be a 5/5 if they could find a way to decrease the size of the pills while still having the same dosage.
