The flavor is good and it helped me pump out my last reps but the caffeine in take is way too high. My face and hands went tingly after drinking the recommended does and my eye lid has been twitching for two weeks now. I am no longer taking this product.

This pre workout gives an amazing energy boost! I've gotten three personal record running times since starting to use it. It does however have a really strong tingling sensation within a few minutes. I have found that the sooner I begin moving, the weaker the tingling is.

Love this pre workout, super stacked ingredients - great pump and energy boost. I’ve tried the raspberry flavour and strawberry and can definitely say the raspberry flavour is the better of the two. Strawberry is pretty bitter and not that sweet, kinda tastes like medicine. Still super sick product though.
I would absolutely recommend this pre workout for real boost and energy kick especially during cardio workouts. Probably would drink 30mins before a workout to get the maximum results. Easy to drink and not too over the top in artificial flavour or colour
I guess it’s called Gold Standard for a reason. All pre’s preach something different, but ON Gold Standard Pre tops them all from what I have tried. No huge spike, then crash in energy, but rather a long sustained focus and drive. Also, the pump is fantastic.
Overall disappointed. I didn't feel the 300 mg of caffeine much, didn't get any of the skin tingles from the 3.2 g beta alanine and didn't get the vascularization from the 6 g citrulline like I do with other products. The berry blast taste is pretty good though. I got a free sample of this with an order and would not purchase it in the future.
Not good at all, ON for some reason or another (Cheap'o) just Dumped a bunch of Creatine monohydrate which ruins the pump of the L-Citrilline and slows the absorbability of the entire serving so you really dont get ANY effect at all. Sorry ON you Blew it again, actually you double Blew it you put 5 GRAMS OF MONOHYDRATE AND ONLY 1 GRAM OF NITRATE !? SERIOUSLY!? In sum no pump, nothing advanced about this at all, creatine monohydrate is GARBAGE (Just sits in your stomach to bloat you) and because its CHEAP, only comes with 20 servings ( Even though its all monohydrate), RIP OFF!!! 😡How about you get rid of the monohydrate and institute CHcl add some L-Luecine and some Vitamin B6, Get some new flavors like (Lemon lime, Cherry Limeade Orange, Ect...) Also add more ... This is product will forever be part of my everyday gym routine! I can’t live without it. it doesn’t have any after taste or any bad residues! flavor taste soo good berry blast all the way or watermelon flavor from their original line!
Flavor is good, not too strongNeed to shake well to dissolve.I use 1 scoop to my small drink bottle, not a huge amount of tingling and a decent boost, i have had better but for a everyday training pre its pretty good.
