Optimum Nutrition Opti-Men - 240 Tablets

First off, I was impressed with the quality of the ingredients. Opti-Men contains a comprehensive blend of vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients, including 150mg of caffeine, which helped me power through my workouts with ease. The combination of ingredients is designed to support overall health and wellness, as well as to promote muscle growth and recovery. I also appreciate that Opti-Men is easy to take. The tablets are small and easy to swallow, so I didn't have to worry about choking or struggling to get them down. And with a recommended serving size of three tablets per day, I found it easy to incorporate into my daily routine. But what really stood out to me about Opti-Men was the noticeable difference I felt in my energy levels and focus. Overall, I would highly recommend Opti-Men to anyone who is looking for a high-quality, effective supplement to support their fitness goals. The combination of high-quality ingredients, easy-to-swallow tablets, and noticeable results make this product a standout in my book.

Excellent!

Great multivitamin product. I use this product as a workout supplement and an everyday nutritional vitamin. I have definitely noticed a difference after taking these pills. Feeling stronger and more energetic throughout the day.An additional aspect about these pills that I've heard other people report on as well, are having "vivid" dreams. The first night after taking these pills I dreamt I was partying with Samuel L Jackson. I don't usually remember my dreams too well, but every detail came back after that one. Could just be a funny coincidence or the pills had something to do with it. However, not all the dreams were great and they did taper off once I was regularly taking the pills. Of course results will vary for everyone, but could be a good or bad addition to ... MoreGreat multivitamin product. I use this product as a workout supplement and an everyday nutritional vitamin. Full spectrum of daily required vitamins for men!

This tabs contain all the vitamins and minerals that a male body needs daily. You will need to take 3 per day to get all the required dosage (need to take 3 as it is not possible to put everything in a normal/small size tablet. It would be too big to swallow if they would). Since they are regular size they are still easy to swallow. You might note a weird taste but make sure you take them with plenty of water and don't get shocked if your urine turns more yellow than normal. It is the body filtering out the excess vitamin not needed. In terms of results you will start to notice about a week to have more energy, hair, nails and skin texture will improve, etc.

Good

First Of All service & Prices at IHerb Is The Best. I Love Quality Of Service & Fast Delivery Of IHerb.About Opti Men : This Product Is Becoming Very Expensive. This The Last Time I Buy This Product. Sep 2013 I Paid $29.10 For 180 Tablets. Then In 11/21/13 They Increase The Price To $31.18 For 180 tablet .last Month to $31.18 But They Reduced The Tablets (same Container) to 150 tablets, 30 Tablets Less. What A Rip Off!!! If They Reduce number Of Tablets At Least They Have to Have a Curtesy Of Letting The Customer Know & Reducing This Giant Size Bottle. ALSO Charge Less NOT MORE.

I feel more full with the daily needs of nutrienst, I believe thats because it has not only a perfect blend of vitamins and minerals in the ight optimal mesures, but with all the other smaler minerals, and especialy with the 100mg blend of diferent fruits and vegetables, it makes the vitamins being asimilated after being absorbed, so the whole system gets to work, it works like a huge system of enzimes and coenzimes that way, something most of other product on the market simply doesnt have, so you get a suport for every and ecah of the vitamins and minerals in the product to work, as for everyone theres a plant in nature that naturaly has it in it self. And, the chromium and molybden are a special kind of that youl not gona find in other mltis, so that together with an iron free it is posible and it has 1000% of biotin that also all together raises the metabolism to the roof so you get the feeling when you ware 19 old, not like a pensioner ever again! And also has a special sourt of folate and panthenoic acid, so its all about special, when about hese vitamins in this botle. And you get even more, but realy, not only for that price, but this is realy something I cant find in other multis no mater which brand they are, or if they are whole big packadges of nutrienst, optimen still stands the front with these facts, far beyond the others. I realy thank you for this health suplement. My life would never be normal again without it. I feel complete now, and I feel young like I was, full of positivity and huge amount of energy!

Чудово!

I have a decent diet, in that I eat good, healthy, nutrient dense foods (for the most part - not including occasional fast food on the weekends or my odd cravings for ramen). The shortcomings in my diet relate to caloric intake and pacing of meals. I often do not have time in the morning and I'm simply not hungry for a couple of hours after I wake up anyway, so my breakfast consists of snacking on sesame sticks or mixed nuts at work or eating an Odwalla bar. I do not eat lunch unless a co-worker brings something in for everyone. I come home from work and eat a moderately sized dinner. At the end of the night, I may eat something which falls between "snack" and "meal". I make each meal "count" as best I can.All in all, I know I'm not getting all of the proper ... MoreI have a decent diet, in that I eat good, healthy, nutrient dense foods (for the most part - not including occasional fast food on the weekends or my odd cravings for ramen). At the end of the night, I may eat something which falls between "snack" and "meal". I make each meal "count" as best I can.All in all, I know I'm not getting all of the proper energy or nutrients that I need because of this inadequate schedule, even though the quality of foods I do eat is fairly high. I feel VERY tired by the end of the work day (because of no lunch) and even develop headaches around 4:00 PM. By the time I get home and prepare and eat dinner, it takes a while for that intake of energy to hit me, so I'm lethargic and feel miserable for a couple of hours. I decided to improve my situation with a multivitamin. I've read mixed things about taking supplements, but I think a lot of the criticism revolves around poor quality products and people who are overdoing their intake. ON makes good products (I've used their whey protein for a while) and I limit myself to one pill/day instead of three (which is the serving size).Since taking the vitamins, I feel much healthier. I'm awake, alert, and have energy to get through the work day without crippling lethargy or headaches. I can't speak for my long term health. I have not noticed any symptoms and I can be a hypochondriac, so I will monitor myself closely.I will update in the future on whether the positive effects of taking these vitamins has continued, how it aids with a work out, and any ill effects.
