I like this protein powder. I usually add the vanilla version to my oatmeal in the morning as a quick protein fix (and it thickens up the oatmeal). It has less cholesterol, sugar, and carbs than other products. Finally, I like the fact that it doesn’t upset my stomach like other protein powders have in the past. The only down side is the price - it’s one of the more expensive options out there.

Best Protein

I tried many proteins, including plant based early in my twenties. I found optimum nutrition around ten years ago and haven’t looked back. Now with this type they even made something better. I’m allergic to dairy but tolerate this refined protein well when mixed with almond milk. I highly recommend this for anyone who has trouble digesting other proteins. Definitely the best I’ve used.

Best in its segment

I am very satisfied with the purchase, the quality of the product. The protein has a good taste, easy to drink, no chemical flavors. It is easily digested. I consume it after a workout, after 45 minutes, at this time the protein slightly satisfies my hunger and fills my body with quality protein for muscle growth.

Best protein we've ever used.

ON's Platinum Hydrowhey is simply the best tasting, most effective protein my family and I have ever used. The girls use the vanilla in varying fruity creations while I like the chocolate all by itself. It mixes easily, tastes, great, and includes everything you need to rebuild after workouts. What more could you ask for?

Excellent!

Very expensive. I've only just tried it so i'll give it a conservative 3 stars. I'll edit up or down towards the end of the tub for my final feedback.It's easily digestable and pretty delish. Some may complained about it's taste. But....I have a suggestion. Have this in coconut milk, add fermented cacao and ACV & you will find this rocks any rocky road smoothie to smithereens!I am hoping it delivers gains and recovery befitting this price tag otherwise it'll stay a 3 or go down to a 2.

This product is one of the best! The quality is the best. Size is suitable. Well packaged. Very beneficial. Scent is fine. Composition is good enough. Frequency is good. Smells nice. Ingredients are fine. It’s benefit is high. Tastes good. Isn’t dry, feels good, blows good!

Great Protein Powder

I've tried many protein powders, including plant based. I'm lactose intolerant and have tolerated this hydro whey well. I use Velocity Vanilla as a neutral flavor to use in a shake, and to make homemade ice cream and protein bars. I highly recommend this product for anyone who has difficulty in digesting whey products.

Good absorption. Iherbs sometimes provide good discount for opt nutrition hydro whey. The texture is much better than normal whey hence if theres a good deal would definitely recommend to buy one and try for yourself!!!Isolate one is also good depending on your own preference.
