I like this protein powder. I usually add the vanilla version to my oatmeal in the morning as a quick protein fix (and it thickens up the oatmeal). It has less cholesterol, sugar, and carbs than other products. Finally, I like the fact that it doesn’t upset my stomach like other protein powders have in the past. The only down side is the price - it’s one of the more expensive options out there.

I am very satisfied with the purchase, the quality of the product. The protein has a good taste, easy to drink, no chemical flavors. It is easily digested. I consume it after a workout, after 45 minutes, at this time the protein slightly satisfies my hunger and fills my body with quality protein for muscle growth.

I am giving the ?new? product one star for the following reason. The former product - with an expiration on and prior to 7/23 has an ?Enzyme Blend? (Aminogen, Amylase, Protease, Cellulase, Beta-D-Galactosidase, Lipase) that allows the powder to dissolve and mix in milk or water without clotting. The new ingredients delete the enzyme blend and add ?guar gum?. The powder cannot mix without forming ?cottage cheese? clots. The performance of this once market leading product is now - in my opinion - unacceptable, especially with a 30% increase in price.

Very expensive. I've only just tried it so i'll give it a conservative 3 stars. I'll edit up or down towards the end of the tub for my final feedback.It's easily digestable and pretty delish. Some may complained about it's taste. But....I have a suggestion. Have this in coconut milk, add fermented cacao and ACV & you will find this rocks any rocky road smoothie to smithereens!I am hoping it delivers gains and recovery befitting this price tag otherwise it'll stay a 3 or go down to a 2.
This product is one of the best! The quality is the best. Size is suitable. Well packaged. Very beneficial. Scent is fine. Composition is good enough. Frequency is good. Smells nice. Ingredients are fine. It’s benefit is high. Tastes good. Isn’t dry, feels good, blows good!

Good absorption. Iherbs sometimes provide good discount for opt nutrition hydro whey. The texture is much better than normal whey hence if theres a good deal would definitely recommend to buy one and try for yourself!!!Isolate one is also good depending on your own preference.
I’ve gone through multiple different brands and types of whey protein powder over 6-7 years and nothing holds a candle to this. The flavor is unremarkable and inoffensive. The macros are great compared to some other carb-heavy protein powders out there. But most importantly this powder has given me exactly zero side effects compared to others. While I am not lactose intolerant, I experience bloating and get acne breakouts when having 2+ scoops a day of most whey protein powders, but this one came without any of those issues. The only issue is how expensive it is but I’m more than willing to pay the premium and I don’t see myself ever buying a different type or brand of whey in the future.
