I'm really enjoying the Optislim For Her variety pack. Loving all the flavours and find the shakes quite filling. Like that they are high protein and low sugar. I enjoy then for breakfast and they keep me full till lunch quite easily.

I did not love these shakesThey blended well, but the flavour was not too pleasant. I gave them to my brother who usually loves the vanilla flavour, but he hated all of the other flavours. I found the taste to be just okay, not very bad but not amazingHowever, these made my stomach cramp and caused me intense vomiting. I hadn’t eaten anything out of the norm that day, but something in the shakes made me feel terrible so I had to stop drinking them

Such variety means life is so much easier. I can take & shake wherever i go all i need to do is freeze some water and shake as it thaws for a delcious start or end to my day. The flavours are awesome and most are now in packs of 21 sachets. Plus you can get variety packs too
I have been a Classic shake member for some years and love them but thought I would try the Lady Shake and Men's Shake. Very dissapointed as not as nice as the classic range. My favourite classic is Caramel, the lady shake caramel was not very nice tasting. Have given them a try but both my husband and I will go back to the classic range in future.
I have been using the Variety Pack for a couple of months now. I am now starting to see the difference. The Variety Packs are no-brainers; I just pull out how many I need for that particular day. I only give a 4/5 because I am not a fan of the chocolate and wish I could swap it for banana.
This is one of the best shakes I have tried. It actually does curb cravings and they taste great. My favourites are coffee and Vanilla. The variety pack is a great way to try a few flavours.
