I LOVE this product! Every portion is already measured out. So easy to take to work or throw in the suitcase when going away. No bulky bottles of protein powder. Men get the full 30g of protein in each serve (which is the optimal amount). Other products may only have 10 or 20g of protein! Optiman tastes great and it dissolves in water easily - no lumps! Australian made....and Australian owned. 10 out of 10 in my book! :-)

I wasn't keen on Vanilla at first. (Not a fan of Vanilla anything!) But then a fiend suggested I add certain fruits to it to give it added flavour, like a fresh banana or mixed berries. Wow! Suddenly I find myself going for the Vanilla first! ... Oh, by the way, ... I've lost 12 kilos in the process too! ... Very pleased!

I'm super impressed by the products , it seems great value for money perfect for meals if I'm in a hurry , I rarely used to have breakfast but now I have a shake as it's not to heavy but keeps me going till lunch. Tastes good and the delivery was quick and easy definitely recommend!

Theses drinks do work well I've lost 12 kg,s in 6 months with this product, I think I would loss more if I cut my evening meal to a smaller portion as well, but my doctor is happy with me, the wife is happy as well and that's the main thing, I still want to loss another 20kg,s so still drinking these.The only thing I would like if there was a more of a choice of flavour,s and the flavours could be a bit more stronger. IMO.I use a drink blender as well which saves trying to shake the drinks upI also have a USB drink blender in my car as well so when on the road I can use as well.
First time purchasing this product, but after reading a number of reviews I decided to go with it.Am really glad that I did decide to buy. It has helped cut back on my 'grazing' during the day and I have now moved to breakfast and lunch using the formula. I will definately be buying more shortly as I am really enjoying the flavours and the ease of creating a meal in a blender.
I've only had 5 meals because I changed from another brand and finished that one first. I'd lost 10kg and using Optiman, I have maintained that weight loss. I only replace lunch 6 days a week and am losing weight slowly and that's the way I want it.
Love this stuff! I spread it over my cornflakes, put it in my meat pie, roll it over my sausages before barbecuing, sprinkle it over my ice cream sundaes, add it to my cookies and in between meals, nothing nicer than just getting that spoon in there and swallowing a big mouthful! I love it!
The best tasting weight loss shake I've ever had and it works.I lost the 30kg I needed to lose for health reasons using the Optiman meal replacement shake and guide and now that I've lost that weight, I still have a shake for breakfast simply because I love it.I would recommend this product to any man who needs to lose a lot or a little weight and get his vitality back.
Tastes pretty good. Works well to help loose weight without feeling like you’re starving yourself. Having this one big pouch with an included scoop is very handy to mix up the amount you want. The amount of potassium and other vitamins in this version is very helpful for my potassium deficiency and I don’t have to take supplements on top which is very handy!
This is the worst diet supplement shake I have ever had it doesn't fill you up it doesn't stop cravings if I could send it back I would I will never buy this again what a complete waste of money I only weigh 89 kilos this is absolutely the worst product ever
