Authentic Oral B product. Leaves my teeth feeling fresh. Innovative bristles for a thorough clean. Waterproof design is convenient. Been using electric toothbrush but basic range. Switch to IO range and immediately feels e different which is not expected. You only change e toothbrush head every 3 months so it's important to buy authentic product else might damage your toothbrush or worst damage your gums.

I bought this brush after much research, reading lots of reviews and waiting for a sale!! Its an excellent purchase, expensive even at sale price but I feel it was worth it. It holds it charge very well, its nice and quiet and it leaves my teeth feeling dentist clean. It came with a great travel case which is brilliant and I also got a 4 pack replacement head pack. It came with a 2 year warranty and then I registered with Oral B and got warranty extended for a further year. I would recommend this product 100%

I purchased this toothbrush approximately a year ago, and unfortunately, the battery performance is disappointingas it tends to die at 50%. This is the second toothbrush I've owned with the same issue. One would not anticipateencountering such problems, especially considering the substantial cost of the toothbrush.Despite being meticulous about charging and removing it promptly when fully charged, the issue persists. It's disheartening, given the investment made in a premium toothbrush.

This is the first time that ive spent this amount on a toothbrush and i can truly save its worth every penny. It definitely gives you that just come out the dentist feel. The toothbrush heads are pricey but if you want to keep your teeth for as long as possible, its worth it. The charger is brilliant. You get 2 chargers. 1 which is a travel case and you keep the toothbrush in it to charge. The point to charge is on the outside of the case so you just leave the brush inside and a space for the head. It comes with a lovely little case for the toothbrush head. It also comes with an app that you can download which is very usefull. Highly recommended
Oral B has always been a top electric toothbrush innovator, and these heads are their flagship example. As an oral health professional I've used several generations of both Braun's Oral B and Philips' Sonicare, and they both have strengths and weaknesses. The latest iO series is Oral B's best in my opinion. It actually provides real feedback on where you've brushed, has multiple vibration strength settings, and is easy to clean and maintain.I've also used the latest Sonicare Prestige by Philips for comparison. The Philips is more compact, with a smaller brush head, and is quieter. The Oral B provides better cleaning in my opinion, and the semi-rotary action is superior to the sonic vibrations of the Philips for removing debris. The Philips is more compact, with a smaller brush head, and is quieter. The Oral B provides better cleaning in my opinion, and the semi-rotary action is superior to the sonic vibrations of the Philips for removing debris. The Philips works best on the maximum setting, which may actually cause sensitivity in some cases. The Oral B is equally effective at all settings, allowing the "Sensitive" settings (there are two) to be fully utilized. You are also provided more information on the toothbrush handle itself on the Oral B, with just a row of dots on the Philips. The software app is also better on the Oral B, although both are sometimes quirky with a Bluetooth connection. The Oral B software is slightly more stable in that regard, and since both brushes are "smart" AI brushes, the software becomes more important for value for your money - both brushes operate just fine with no software connection, but Oral B's app allows you to delete sessions (if you ran the brush by mistake for instance), pause the brush while using it (to rinse for example) , and run the brush head to clean it. The downside is that Oral B uses your phone's camera for "coaching," so to benefit from the app you need to be facing your phone and it occasionally loses its orientation. Still better than the accelerometer in the Philips, which frequently gets confused over whether you're brushing the front or back surface of your teeth, and has no option to record brushing the occlusal (top surface). You also are limited to 20 seconds brushing each sextant, and the app moves on whether you finished or not - the Oral B app doesn't switch sextants until your teeth are clean. All in all, a better brush and a better head than the latest Philips, for function and utility -again my opinion - but either brush will improve your brushing habits and oral health.
Brushes teeth adequately as you would expect from an expensive electric toothbrush but the battery performance is very poor. It barely lasts a week on a full charge. This is despite being mainly used on the daily clean mode twice a day and with Bluetooth disabled and no smart app sync. Compare this to my previous other brand toothbrush which lasted almost a month on a single charge. My partner has a cheaper IO5 toothbrush that also lasts close to a month on a single charge and bushes as well. Not sure if my toothbrush is fault but expensive for what it is and not something I would recommend.
Brush heads fine but SO expensive. They work out at £7 each at the reduced price I paid - double that if not reduced. How come? The toothbrush itself is a major investment but why on earth are the heads this price? I stupidly didn’t look at this before buying one for both of us. All that will happen is that we won’t renew them, and will end up back on good old manual toothbrushes (£2 each). Very disappointed indeed. The toothbrush itself is ok - I fear that following the app to see if I’ve brushed correctly may be harming my gums as it takes well over 3 minutes of brushing time and my teeth/gums were getting sore - I’ve switched to sensitive mode and it’s a bit less brutal. The overall cleaning from the item is very good. I almost did not select this toothbrush because of the color choices. I was looking more for a solid color palette and not this paint splatter design that makes it look dirty all the time. My big issue with this toothbrush is the design of the toothbrush heads. Again, a good cleaning but, there are multiple slots/holes in the toothbrush head, causing the user to leak toothpaste when brushing your teeth. Unless you are staring straight up at the ceiling while brushing your teeth then you’re going to get toothpaste on your shirt. I looked for replacement toothbrush, heads without this design set up, but could not find any. I do not recommend purchasing this toothbrush.
Been using the iO7 for about a year and love it. What disappoints me is the brush head. Purchased the package of 6 from Sam's and every single one has broke within a month. There is a tiny piece of plastic with a magnet attached inside the head that breaks off. I do not drop them, or hit them against the sink. I am very gentle with them. I'm on my last brush head and needing to purchase more. Hope the Oral-b rep read this and take my suggestion back to the design board to make the internal pieces stronger. They are too expensive to have to replace every month.
