Having used an alternative Oral B brush head for years I was pleasantly surprised to get the same results with a much more comfortable teeth cleaning experience. I will definitely purchase the Oral-B Sensitive Clean Replacement Brush Heads again.

It totally is a fake one. Ordered for sensitive teeth and these the bristles are hard. Compared it with my original one and this is completely off from the brand name layout to the actual quality. Can’t be disappointed enough.
After 2 weeks the bristles work their way outwards. No wonder they were so cheap as a collective bunch. Very Old stock produced rapidly worn product. Never had this experience with newer Oral B replacement heads. Please avoid getting hustled like I did. Spend a few extra books for non deteriorating, expired product. These people are a gawddamn disgrace as businessman.
These original brush heads manufactured in Germany are the best you can use. I have tried many different generic brands and have been really disappointed. The cheaper brands all wear out more quickly. The bristles break down quicker. They usually start wobbling after a while. The nasty tasting flavor from the plastic bristles seems to linger with the cheaper brands. There usually seems to be a reason inexpensive is synonymous with cheap. Cheap is EXACTLY that!
These brushes don’t look like any Oral-B brushes that I have owned. The bristles are very flimsy and inadequate. Similar to the a cheap toothbrush that might come in a hygiene kit. Good for a few uses before you would toss it. Unfortunately I tossed the packaging because I definitely would have returned them!
Not only do they fit my toothbrush perfectly, they also give my teeth a brilliant clean. Easily last a few months before they need changing, the 4 pack is great value for money, I personally rate these brushes 5 star ++++++. Pro's: quality made items that fit and work so well. Con's: none. Extremely happy with my purchase.
Recently visited dentist who warned me not to get standard Toothbrush heads which damage gums and buy a soft one. Bought this one and the difference is amazing - so much better. As the head is soft you can brush for the full amount of time and are sure of not damaging teeth or gums. Highly recommended not only for sensitive teeth but for anyone.
I was shopping for replacement Oral B IO toothbrush heads. But I couldn't find any for some unknown reason. When When I got a pop-up offering thse as a replacement for the replacement. So I read the description, and sure enough, in the blurb, there was Oral B IO. So I ordered them the arrived on Monday while I was at work. I didn't need to reace the toothbrush head until today. And they don't fit.
