Recently i have had to spend 5 weeks in hospital due to a major spinal problem. I found that turning my head or physically moving my arm back and forth created a lot of pain. My partner then bought me the Oral B Vitality Plus. What a change! Firstly it stopped all associated pain from using other muscle groups and now, 2 months on, i am at home and look forward to cleaning my teeth each day. The clean, refreshed feeling i have in my mouth after this is wonderful. Sometimes i even will give my teeth a quick midday clean, sans toothpaste, if i feel like it. Seriously i believe every adult should have one of these and i am sure it will make toothbrushing fun for children as opposed to something to try and avoid.

These are good brushes, a lot better than manual toothbrush - they make your teeth feel really clean.But the brush heads are expensive (to buy), unless on offer (in shops etc) & the batteries inside don't last and they can't be replaced - you can Google it and they're very difficult to change. I have two old ones sat at home doing nothing, I bought one just over three years ago & the battery is going - the charge takes ages and doesn't hold (only for a few days before charging again).Keep meaning to contact Oral B, not very good for a company trying to be Green or environmentally friendly - just a throw away option & buy new (just good for them).. :-(

This Genius 8000 is so much better than my existing Braun toothbrush.I can honestly say that the Genius leaves my teeth feeling so squeaky clean and as though I've just left the hygienist.The position detector takes some getting use to and I don't always remember to take my phone to the bathroom. I have been using this toothbrush for 2 weeks now and I am really impressed with the product. It took me a while to get used to having 4 modes and had a few mishaps splashing toothpaste everywhere but am now used to it. I mainly use the daily clean and gum clean as my dentist had advised me to pay attention to my gums. My teeth are fairly white so haven't really noticed much of a difference with the whitening mode. I really liked the pressure sensor as I tend to brush a little too vigorously at times so the flashing light made me lighten my touch. The 30 second timer also a good idea as you can make sure you brush your whole mouth evenly. Bought this a few months ago and my teeth have never felt so clean. I am using much less toothpaste than with a manual toothbrush and still get better results. The charge lasts for such a long time too. Well worth the money I have spent.

The speed is much faster than my old toothbrush making my teeth feel really clean and smooth. Its lighter than my previous model and more slimline to hold too. You need to download the Oral B app for all the features to work but this literally takes seconds. First of all you choose what colour you would like the illuminated ring on the toothbrush to be, then you have to calibrate your toothbrush with your mouth, this is so that it can tell you whether you have cleaned all areas. I am obsessed with Oral B products and always have around two to three toothbrushes on the go.I probably wouldn't purchase this one again for me, but I think it would be an ideal toothbrush for an older child or young teenager.This does the job that every other Oral B toothbrush does, but It's quite basic and you cannot see when the battery has died or you cannot see when on the charger that it's been fully charged.
This toothbrush is superior to any other toothbrush previously used. It has the right level of power to really clean your teeth without damaging your gums. The brush heads are the perfect size for hard to reach areas. My teeth are in the best condition they have ever been in and I always get compliments on their white appearance.
I spent ages trying to decide which would be the best electric toothbrush to replace my existing one and I really did make the right decision with this one! Great clean feeling even at the back where I often struggle. The dentist says I have a petite mouth but I sure make up for it!! The timer on it is also a great function making sure you do a full clean rather than just racing off. If you're struggling to decide look no further. The high score rating on this is really deserved

I am really pleased with this toothbrush, at first after using my old electric one for several years, I was a bit wary of the brush shape and hardness, the first couple of days I had slight bleeding from my gums, but after that its been great, my teeth feel really clean and the brush gets into all the crooks and cranies, It actually cleans my teeth to dentist standard (when you have a deep clean at checkups). I have always had a problem getting debris out between by crowns but this brush cleans in between really well.
