These are the BEST oral bones around! My dog is older and I don't feel comfortable having her undergo dental surgery at 12.5 years old. My vet recommended these and said that her teeth would stay really healthy. Her teeth look amazing! She has been on these for 2 years. Vet said she doesn't need any cleaning! We give her one every day in the morning after she eats. SHE LOVES THEM! Make sure you buy the correct size though. Don't skimp on the size !

Our elderly pooches breath was horrible. We were looking for more preventative measures due to her age, we are trying to reduce how many times she needs to go under general anaesthetic for teeth cleaning. We tried brushing, oral wipes, water drops, and other dental chews. Her breath still smelled like fish rotting in the sun… no exaggeration. When these arrived we gave her one and noticed straight away a difference. The smell has dramatically reduced already and keeps getting better and we can already see plaque reducing. After not even a week I have ordered more. She is also quite fussy with what she eats with a sensitive tummy. She loves them and hasn’t had an upset tummy at all.

I first heard of Oravet from my vet with samples which my two toy doggies absolutely loved. These two babies are the most finicky eaters ever, sometimes turn their noses up to USDA Prime steaks, its crazy how fussy they are when it comes to food. Oravet chews are the ONLY dog product that these two, a Chihuahua mix and Japanese Chin mix wait for their daily Oravet, like clockwork the noon snack. They cannot wait to chew on this little gem, never turning their cute little noses up or complaining about the menu. And teeth? This little diamond keeps their breath fresh and teeth clean, no more stinky breath between yearly cleanings!!

I've been using these on my 8# toy poodle for about 4 years. Although I still have to brush her teeth, it definitely makes a difference on her breath. I don't have any issue with her not being able to chew them. I purchase a large size and cut them into smaller sizes which seems to work perfectly for her. Definitely recommend them. And yes, it does make their poop green...byproduct.
Awesome Product! Really helped my dogs Teeth and Breath. My Very Picky Blue Heeler LOVES these and we've tried Many kinds!! My Vet said her teeth was Great now! Highly Reccomend this product. Do watch your pet the first few times to make sure they don't scarf them down as some reviews say they can cause choking. But my dogs do Great with them and they eat them Much slower than normal Dental Chews! They actually Beg for them!! My Shipper was Awesome also. I got my order the 2nd day after I put it in!! We have a small older Jack Russel and has an infected tooth. The vet is cautious to remove the tooth because of his age. We decided to try some dental chews and a few other option in combination to remedy this. Our dog does not chew any of his food but rather gulps it down in large solid pieces I was apprehensive about how effective these chews would be. I was pleasantly surprised when he actually did chew on these Oravet dental chews and has assisted in improving the overall situation. I do recommend these chews and will continue to use them.

I have a 6 lb Pomeranian and I brush his teeth nearly every day, and last year, when I took him to the vet, they showed me just how much plaque he had, and I was shocked! I've never seen any dental chew get a dog to heavily chew on it and take so long doing it. I'm adding this to my review after a couple of weeks of use. I still love these, but my little 6-pounder's digestive system has a bit of a problem. He started having trouble pooping, and what came out was green, like the chews, and stuck baldy to his fur, and I keep a "runway" shaved down there for him to prevent this very problem. So I switched him over to 1/2 per day. I'll be watching closely to make sure he continues to do well.
