This is beautifully designed, beautifully made and beautifully functional. It is also beautiful. My only suggestion is that perhaps use slightly weaker magnets ? I find that it leaves small indents in the orbit desk mat. It also requires the mat to be held down when moving it - meaning sliding it up and down the slot is a two-hand job.

I’ve bought a second one of these they are so good.It is super heavy and of great quality. It also magnetises heavily to the desk mat. There’s nothing flimsy about it! Highly recommend if you’re buying the desk mat! A+

Very functional and easy to attach and detach from the orbit mat so bought quite a few. Took one star off since once of the holder had both its magnets loose and detaches each time I pick it up. I will glue it in but just inconvenient and could possibly lose it rendering the holder useless.

I decided on getting an additional cable holder when buying my desk pad as I often have multiple cables on my desk.I was impressed by the build quality and how satisfying it slots into the desk pad. Additionally, due to its weight, it doubles up as a paper weight and a surprisingly enjoyable fidget in my hands.
There isn't much to say - this is one of those objects that simply works perfectly for what it is. I bought a second holder when I got my Orbit Desk mat and I keep one on each side. No more chasing cables behind the desk!
I have the orbit desk mat which I love, the cord holder is really versatile. When I realised how much I used it I got another for the cord for my telephone headset, it keeps it neat but most importantly stops it falling off the back of the desk when not plugged into the device.
This thing does what it's designed to do. It holds cables in place, and is very magnetic-y. It has weight, and if I was a fidget kinda guy, I'm sure I would enjoy rubbing it. Only gripe is it needs to be a bit larger in the cable department. 2 chonky Thunderbolt/USB-C cables is about the maximum it will keep in place. It would be nice if there was a larger one.

It’s an incredibly strong magnet, it does a fantastic job of keeping everything in place. I actually have two of them, one for a USB-C cable and one Lightning, they both pull through the holder with no resistance and are held in place when they’re not in use.
