Organic India, Ashwagandha, 180 Vegetarian Caps

I am prone to headaches, however this gave me full blown out migraines. The head pressure I felt was indescribably painful. I did another review here that another person taking this supplement had bad head pressure. I am sure others do fine but if you already suffer from tension headaches, I would stay far away from this product. I am not sure if the other person who suffered the same as I did also gets frequent headaches but regardless this is a real side effect for some. I have used other ashwaghanda products and never experienced this before.

The 1-star rating is due to this product's presentation—and very quickly—of a response I wasn't anticipating. On the first day, having taken two capsules around 10am, my innards reacted about 4 hours later by rapidly liquifying and expelling everything in me. Not painfully, mind you, but definitely at freight train speeds. No vomiting or upset stomach, thankfully, but I was sure glad it was my day off and I was at home.I decided to take a pause then give it another try, again on an at-home day. And sure enough, 4-5 hours after taking (just one this time), the same physical upheaval presented. Again, no pain, just crazy fast and, uh, extremely thorough. ENDED my long life sleep/anxiety problems !

I have had sleeping/anxiety problems for the last 30 years. I took many different sleeping pills, some I stopped with difficulty because of dependence. After reading on this in scientific litterature (on Google Scholar), I tried this and it worked great ! I sleep way better, wake up calm, and my anxiety level went down also. I was almost too calm the first day I took it at night, I didn't try it in the morning because it seems to have a residual effect when I wake up if I take it before going to bed. I use only 1 pill at night. I also love the organic product, which is safer according to scientific litterature.
