I was told Triphala helpsWith softening or detoxing stools to help with elimination. I can’t comment on the quality of the ingredients but the herb itself is very good and this was reasonably priced. Appeared to work thought it’s difficult to tell. Good size amount and no taste as in capsule form.

It’s a great supplement with many good ingredients. I‘m not sure I noticed some direct impact. Probably takes more time too take it.Can’t say much about brand and quality in general. But assume it’s high quality here. But definitely decent price for the size you get. Taste is fine for me. Effects will be seen in the future.

Triphala has antibacterial, anti-arthritic, antiaging, antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties. It is my supplement number ONE. I like dosage and sizes. Taste is ok. Quality is great. I like this product
I so badly wanted this to work. I have recently developed constipation after a year of being sick too much and over medicated and I'm trying everything to get back to normal. I bought these after reading the high acclaim. I tried them for more than a month now. The first two days of use it was like wow! Worked like a charm. Then it just stopped. I increased the dose to an absurd amount. Like 7 capsules a day to no effect. Maybe it works for some, but it didn't for me. For context, I am healthy, I workout every other day, eat healthy, home cooked food. Just dealing with constipation after too may meds. Unfortunately this just didn't work.

I took these as described and felt an immediate and satisfying shift in my extermination. But after a few days the only effects were a gassy, uncomfortable gut, with no more regularity.I am yet to figure out the right dose for me but from my experience I think this may have further disrupted my gut flora. I've been taking Triphala supplements off and on for many years and this one from Organic India is my favorite by far! I take 2 capsules before bed and I always have an easy, satisfying bowel movement first thing the next morning. I often take another 2 capsules in the morning before I eat anything as well. This formulation is gentle and the ingredients are very high quality, I can feel it. It doesn't cause any of the urgency or gas or loose stools of other Triphala formulations I've taken over the years. My system feels very clean and healthy with regular use of Organic India Triphala ☺️!
