Great quality, organic sugar. I had great success from the first time I used it, when making Kombucca. I've made Kombucca before but alway used the everyday sugar. Honestly, the taste was never that great but this sugar, I'm certain, has allowed me to produce a great tasting fermented drink. =)
It has a nice smell, something like organic coconut sugar, doesn't melt well in cold water.
