Organic Whole Food Meal Pack

Absolutely delicious bunch of food, I’ve had other services for plant based meals delivered (I don’t follow a plant based diet) whilst they were healthy and visually pleasing, they lacked the flavour and deliciousness. This pack however has everything, the health benefits, packed with flavour and delicious from the first bite/sip to the last. I especially loved the dreamy cauliflower soup, so good. I’d love to have a 5 day option for these as the 3 is great but I would like a few more days of it. I have since reordered for a fortnight’s time. Thanks again, very happy with the freshness and deliciousness.

before getting the food pack I did do a level one juice cleanse 10/10 I absoluly loved it and look forward to maybe doing a level 2 cleanse in the near future.As for the organic food pack, I did order well in advance (about 4 weeks) and wish I had of been told about the menu changing. Two of the dinner options and one of the salads I just didn't enjoy. the rest was amazing and it is seen on the reviews that other people enjoy it so it does come down to personal preference.Now knowing that the menu changes seasonally I may consider ordering this again in the future.

A really great decision!

I was in the middle of a 5 day juice cleanse when I realised I was quite unprepared to ease out of it. I found this meal pack and realised that having 3 days of prepared healthy food would be such a big help for resetting my diet, which was my intention with my cleanse. I'm so glad I found Sol Cleanse. It was perfect, and the salads were a standout. Absolutely delicious. I felt light and clear afterwards, and I'm doing really well on my new nutrition plan where I've cut out sugar, gluten, processed food, alcohol and caffeine. Sleeping better and have lost a little weight. I would absolutely do this again - loved it, thank you!

Delicious and clean

This was my first ever cleanse - I have watched friends do juice cleanses and thought I could never do that. As a person who works out and has a fast paced job, I have always used food as fuel. That’s why I loved this cleanse. Everything was delicious - I want to eat and drink all of it again! And it was a good amount of food and juice/smoothies that left me feeling like I had my energy and felt clean.

Delicious and clean

I have done this pack a few times. I absolutely love all the juices, smoothies and salads. The Asian Salad was to die for, I want to replicate it.My only issue was there wasn’t a great deal of protein in this pack and I found myself to be extremely hungry. Because of the price I am unable to purchase it often but in an ideal world I would buy this every week & add just a bit of tofu or protein to my salads and dinners. But otherwise I love this pack

Enjoyed the whole food pack

I've cleansed several time with Sol Cleanse and have never been disappointed. I love the whole food pack and would love to be able to replicate the salads and eat these every day. I did however feel a bit hungrier than I do when I just have the juice cleanse. Next time I'll make sure I include the tea which helps stave the hunger a bit. Overall I enjoyed it and will be having this again in the near future, thank you Sol Cleanse :)

Found what I was looking for!

I tried the 3 day organic whole food meal pack and it was a gamechanger for me. All the smoothies, juices, salads and soups are super tasty and full of goodness. I have a hectic work schedule so I was missing out on taking care of my nutritional requirements. With the whole food meal pack, I can rest assured that my meals are not only healthy and nutritious but are tasty too and I don't feel hungry in between meal times. I've ordered the whole meal pack three weeks in a row and hence my only feedback to Sol cleanse would be to have more options such as a 5 day whole meal pack option or a second pack with other varieties of salads/soups/smoothies/juices to mix it up a bit instead of having the same menu week in week out. This is specially for those who order on repeat. The menu changes seasonally (3 monthly??) and you can indeed order a custom cleanse. However, custom cleanse doesn't have the option of more than one salad variety and it would be good to have either one other food pack option available to rotate or more frequent menu change. Apart from this, I absolutely love it and would recommend to anyone wanting to get wholesome, nutritious fresh meals delivered to your door. Your body will thank you!

Fresh, tasty wholefoods

First time ordering from Sol Cleanse. The wholefoods pack for three days was fantastic. Everything tasted so good, so healthy and uplifting. I have since ordered a level one cleanse and another wholefoods pack. If you want fresh, organic, living, whole food meals Sol Cleanse are the shiznicht. Highly recommended.

Loved my cleanse!

I did a 3 day juice cleanse, immediately followed by the 3 day organic whole food pack, and my body felt light and amazing all week. I loved knowing my body was having a healthy rest for 6 whole days. The juices were delicious and food of great quality, and delicious. I also really loved the guided meditations, yogas and breath work given to do every day. Such a holistic and grounded program that leaves you feeling centred everyday. Highly recommend. This is something I will be incorporating into my life 2 or 3 times a year. Thank you Sol Cleanse!

So fresh & convenient

I am so impressed! All the meals were incredibly fresh, and the delivery was super easy. As a busy full-time worker, I didn't have to worry about cooking for 3 days.
