Been using this product for years without any problems up until now. I purchased the normal strength like always, let it stayed on for about 15-20 minutes washed my hair 3 times to make sure all the relaxer was out. Put conditioner in my hair and blow dryed it put it up in a ponytail. 2 hours later my head was tingling and burning all over, I washed it twice with Shea Moisture shampoo and put some Shea Moisture leave in conditioner in my hair. I had to literally cover my whole head in vasline to stop the burning!!! I WILL NEVER AGAIN PURCHASE THIS RELAXER AGAIN!!!

I have searched and searched for a product that would help my dry dull hair. This hair cream works wonderful for me. I towel dry my hair, let it wrapped in a towel for a few minutes, then I put about a half teaspoon of the cream in my hand and rub it all in my hair. The amount would depend on how much hair you have. I have naturally curly hair. I then brush it all back and put a headband on. While I get dressed and put makeup on my hair dries. Then I take the headband off and brush my hair into the style I want. I use the headband as I like my hair to go back when it dries. Having curly hair, my hair sometimes just goes all over the place. You have to be careful not to put too much cream on or it will look greasy. I'm half British and half Jamaican, so my hair is Afro-Caribbean (type 3b curly hair). For the past 6 years I have straightened my hair, but it has got to the point where I am tired of the effort it takes to straighten my hair only for it to go frizzy. I have always used this product for years and now the stores around me stopped carrying it even the Sally's beauty supply store. I kinda feel like since there are not a lot of diverse people in this area that stores stopped carrying it even the Walmart by me stopped carrying products that i use by your company.
My hair is short and relaxed. I workout about 5-6 days week, and I sweat a lot from my scalp. So, of course the sweat was drying my hair out. A YouTuber I follow used this product, so I did a little research and decided to give it a try. I love that it doesn't leave a greasy residue- yet my hair is hydrated. I use about Nickle size amount and then I normally brush my hair down a few hours after the gym. I'd recommend!

Horrible, terrible product. I am having a hard time finding the words to explain how hurt I am right now. Crushed is one. Depressed is another. I have been using this product for almost a year and I thought that it was natural. I just looked through the ingridiedients and discovered that it is filled with destructive, corrosive chemicals and artificial colors. My hair has been damaged severely and I started getting a bald spot. After I stopped using it my hair started looking better. Do not buy this!!!!
Bought by accident but then tried it on my husbands scalp dermatitis that is nolonger responding to his prescriptions. I admit I applied a much larger amount than the instructions. All the skin build up came off in the shower the next day and this is allowing his prescription products to actually reach where they need to get to. The soreness is not as red after just using it for 4 days. So it definitely does help with moisture like it says it does. He was so embarrassed of his flakey scalp but not a flake in sight now due to this. Even his prescription doesn’t help with his flaking.Will buy again.
I have been using this product for over 10 years. My hair was dry and brittle from Graves disease (overactive thyroid) and subsequent treatment. Even when I recovered the texture of my hair did not return my trademark thick head full of curls. Along with unrefined coconut oil that I apply before shampooing, using, hydrating shampoo and rinse (Sally's Bio Terra) I massage this cream into wet hair, pat off excess water and dry with a cool dryer. Sounds like a lot, but it all works and I am happy. I also use it to coat my hair before I color it. One jar lasts about a month. I still have a couple of thin spots, but they are in the back and I try not to look.
