If you are looking for something that is easy to take, and works well....then this is the product you are looking for! It works a treat. Simply measure with the enclosed measuring spoon...then mix it in a hot or cold drink. No worries with Osmolax!
I'm gluten free & use this. So long as you take this regularly at night it works, but it takes a couple of days to work. I play around with the smaller scoop & larger scoop dosages depending on my symptoms & sometimes take every second night. It's tasteless
Been taking this for a while now, due to a sudden onset of constipation and my doctor prescribed it. I have used other products similar to this before such as movicol and dulcolax, but none of those have worked as well as this! I feel so much better now I’m taking this and I feel so relieved, works overnight like most laxatives and doesn’t produce insane cramps or diarrhoea, very gentle. Definitely recommend it if you happen to be going through constipation and want relief.
