I took this on a weekend trip recently and it is spacious for a 30L duffel pack. Packing ultra light one could use this for a week. It is very lightweight, well built and looks good - it has more of an urban vibe. I'm not a fan of the TPU coated fabrics and this fabric has a nice look and feel to it. The sides of the bag have an internal thin foam inside the outer body fabric that adds a bit of structure, making packing easy. The shoulder straps are comfortable but lack a sternum strap, which would be a good addition. The back padding is adequate and has a mesh covering that minimizes heat build up but lacks a center channel which would help more with ventilation. The back padding and shoulder straps have a very fine textured mesh fabric covering the actual padding material and it seems comfortable. I don't travel with a laptop but the zippered laptop pocket seems generous in size and is easy to use; inside the laptop sleeve I insert a piece of 3/16" black foam core (from picture framing material) that adds a bit of additional structure since I don't travel with a laptop. The bag has very little external organization (one small zippered slash pocket on the top back-side), which to some is a good thing but I would prefer one additional outer pocket- on the top of the lid. The only internal organization is a small zippered mesh pocket centered on the underside of the lid; a second one that extends the full length of the underside of the lid would be better. But I made it work just fine as is. The lid is very lightweight and this is an excellent feature in my opinion. The zippers are high quality as is all the hardware - all made of an aluminum that should last for a long time- and it looks good too. It doesn't have a water bottle pocket but to me that is not a deal breaker. I used the top zippered slash pocket for a .5L soft platypus bottle. My two chief complaints are:1. The lack of internal compression straps- the items tend to settle to the bottom of the pack and the compression straps would help mitigate this from happening. I'm thinking of adding a pair myself. The use of packing cubes do help to minimize the contents from settling to the bottom.2. The lack of a sternum strap for the shoulder straps.Overall this bag earns a solid 4 stars and is a keeper for a minimalistic travel companion. I don't see it as an EDC- there are other, more fully featured (heavier too) options for that.

I use this backpack for game nights. I love the internal organization and extra pockets on the front. The padded straps are *actually* comfortable to wear. The side pocket for a water bottle is surprisingly stretchy; I wouldn't recommend stuffing a Nalgene in there, but you could definitely do it.

I have had this backpack for 2 months now, it meets all of my requirements commuting to work or going about my day in the city. The side bottle holder is smart and an Osprey standard. I can access the front zipper pocket even while I am biking. It doesn't have a lot of different pockets, a simplistic feature and exactly what I need.

I am using this pack for work. It fits my laptop and papers neatly. It holds other items as well. I appreciate the various pockets. The square shape is great for carrying a laptop and documents, and it fits very snug and close to my body. Very comfortable and holds a lot!!
Great quality, and the hiden water bottle is a great idea. VERY comfortable straps. This is not my 1st Osprey bag. The back offer great support. I wanted a bag that could hold legal documents, I have to say the roll up top takes some getting used to.. i DO prefer zipper bags, but to go to work un bus and subway, i really am satisfied.
Perfect backpack for commuters. I use this primarily for work, commuting by bus and walking through downtown Seattle. Pockets for organization inside. My things stayed dry even with a downpour. Great for weekend trips too! Highly recommend.
Perfect for a daily commute: holds a laptop, note book and pens, plus charging cables. Small lunch box and phys kit (in a dry bag/stuff sack) for a before or after session in the gym. Handy side bottle pouch. Front zip pocket for easy access items. Also an ideal size as a ‘carry on’ when hoping on a plane.I’ve even used it for a weekend city break, rolled up clothing, hair straighteners & phone charger, make up bag and a change of shoes. Perfect!
This bag is so versatile! You can use this for travelling, short overnight trips, and even use it as a school bag.It opens up like a suitcase so it is easy to pack and find items. Love the color and simplicity too!
Comfortable, relatively lightweight, and spacious, it also feels well made. I'm using it daily for my cycling commute to work. The main feature for me was the open front pocket which I put my bike lock and chain in. It fits quite well and has significantly sped up the process of locking and unlocking. It would be nice if it was accordion style so it didn't pull out items in the bag. I really like water bottle holder, though I with it was on the other hand side to it would be easier to grab (for the majority of the population). I also wish I could adjust straps so they closer together. But even with these small issues is still worth 5 stars given the relative affordability, study construction, style etc.
I bought this backpack for my sister for her birthday, she likes it very much as it is big enough to carry her essentials without being heavy and staying comfortable. It is urban stylish and the only negative point is that the inside is very dark that you can barely see your items inside but that's not a deal breaker.
