Just ran 20+ miles in this vest. It stayed snug and secure the whole time with some minor adjustments during stops. The front chest zipper pocket and side pockets below my arms held my phone or other items well without any bouncing. The mouth nozzle on the hose can get pinched and leak a little if you’re not careful but there are some good options to secure it out of the way. I was running in 45-55° temps and did not feel overheated at all, though it might get a little cozy in warmer temps over 80°. My only note is that this vest runs a little bigger than others - I got a Medium and it fit well except I had to tighten the chest straps nearly all the way down, meaning extra cord that I had to tuck away.

Super light ,and very comfortable. Have a month running with it now. I am very happy with this pack. A lot of storage for nutrition.

I have a very non typical "runners" body, but have been wanting a hydration very for hikes and running. I wish it was a little lighter and more breathable like the Salomon or Nathan but the xxl Salomon looked like Chris Farley with David Spades jacket on! "Fat man in a little coat!" Couldn't even put it on. To be fair I could wear the REI brand vest and was considering it but found the Osprey. The Osprey for better, more hugging. I wanted to keep this vest so badly, but there were no side adjustments. The large size was too large, while the medium was too small. Upon reading some running vest reviews online, I learned that Osprey removed the side adjustment straps for this version of the Duro, which is disappointing as they assume that you'll either fit in the L or the M and won't need adjustments in between.
