Osram Night Breaker Laser +150% H1 (Twin)

Ordered this item in the same PO with Bosch wipers. It was split into two separate shipment, with Osram getting the GDEX. Item arrived on third day (20 Dec) since the order was placed (18 Dec). Osram Nightbreaker, not white light but a lighter shade of yellow. Brightness is impressive.

Bright light and its all right!

Obvious improvement of viewing at night. Far better than the classic halogen lamps. You only have to adjust your light beams to the right manufacturer position so that you would not dazzle the opposite coming drivers

Bright light as described

It is a little difficult to give a precise review as I replaced my entire headlight units with different ones using these H1 bulbs as well as H7 bulbs (I also bought the OSRAM +200% ones) I am impressed with the light quality given by these bulbs.

Good value for money

Very nice upgrade from the standard factory bulbs. Noticeable difference at night ! At a reasonable price and well packed would recommend to anyone

It's worth adding a few pence more

There is no need to advertise the Osram company, the bulbs of this brand in my minibus have an average lifespan of about 2 years. I note that I drive with the lights on all the time.

Light output compromised

Both light bulbs are inserted properly into the headlamps. However one headlight project patchy light and the cutoff line seems to be blurred. To compare it with the oem h7 bulb, the light output seems to be slightly brighter. Once they gone i fit back the oem bulbs....

Much better than standard halogens

You get a whiter/blue road light with the Nightbreakers. Obviously there is no comparison to HID stuff but as far as halogen lights go, you cant go wrong with these.

Osram 150% brighter bulbs

These bulbs certainly make a massive difference, with winter here anything that makes you safer on the road is worth having, I highly recommend these bulbs well worth the money.

With an older car, the headlights tend to be weaker...these bring them up to the present day with a crisp, clear beam. The only down side is that they do not last very long, especially as I tend to drive with headlights all the time. The added light allows you to drive when those bloody laser light beams from oncoming 4x4s shine directly into the car.

not the best in a transit mk6, very dull on country lanes

i,ve replaced my headlamps with brand new ones and bought these osram 200% brighter bulbs and they are useless, i may as well fit candles in them for what good these are, i live near country lanes and they are terrible, my oem fitted ones are better
