This product is very beneficial for my health and the tablets are a bit smaller than other Calcium tablets although it’s 2 per day.

I have been buying chewable calcium tablets for some years now and prefer them to swallowing large capsules. Calcia chewable tablets have a pleasant tasting citrus flavour with the added benefit of vitamin D.
I bought these a few weeks ago and they’ve been great. Excellent vitamin. I prefer calcium and vitamin D together and great value.

Usually take the two vitamins separately but have decided to buy in the one tablet, got at a good price & contains 130 tablets which is great.
I'm not sure if the product substance has changed. I have been taking this product for many many years as it seemed to make a difference. Lately my nail growth is at a stand still and there is alot more breakage and my joints don't seen to enjoy thesame level of comfort when exercising. I buy it when it's on special so it represents good value. I would recommend it for you to try , maybe you might get a better result, however I will be looking to source a new product.
