This probably works to provide the vitamin but I found the flavour unappetising and the product generally tasted quite oily which wasn't very pleasant. Will look for other products.
Not sure if I’d call it a caramel taste, but it’s definitely not unpleasant; but then again, I haven’t eaten caramel for years.I also have issues with swallowing, but the amount of liquid needed for the dose is small, so it’s easy; I’ve had no issues swallowing this. This is now my second bottle.
Most economical way to get your Vit D that's not the sun.
I don't absorb VD3 from capsules, however this liquid worked wonders within a few months.
I have difficulty swallowing tablets and found this to be a great alternative.
I like this particular vitamin d the best. It tastes nice and really easy to take.
I keep the bottle on my bedside table. So every morning when I wake, I shake the bottle 2-3 times. Open the lid & adjust the dose, squeeze & I’m done for the day 😬
