I find this to be the best nasal spray. I first discovered this product in Scandinavia years ago and was so happy when it arrived on the market here. It is pleasant to breath in, does not leave a yucky taste trickling down your throat like other nasal sprays, works quickly and effectively for around 12 hours.

Otrivin Nasal Spray MENTHOL is fantastic I suffer from allergies and sinusitis and this spray defiantly gives relief within a few minutes I can actually breath like normal its fantastic. The original is good too but the menthol one makes my nose open up even more, this is by far my favourite spray to relieve a blocked nose
Only think I have found that clears the nose without burning the back of the throat.
Have used this product for years however not sold in US. The menthol is most effective for me.
Otrivin Menthol Nasal spray provides a solution for clearing your blocked nose. For me, this product works well, however, it may not work for everyone. Compared to other nasal spray types, Ortivin appears to de-block quite quickly. Sometimes the effect is temporary, other times its long lasting.
I find it's the quickest fastest relief for blocked noses a available and last the longest
Otrivin even otherwise opens blocked nose in seconds, but this one is better with the strong menthol flavour. It frequestly goes out of stock, guess because of high demand
