Instead I was sent a case for a S23 and to add insult to injury I have to pay shipping back to get my refund. Very dissappointed and I purchased from a competitor. I will think twice before buying from Otterbox again.

Box protection is good. I was disappointed when my Samsung brand wireless charger pad would not charge unless I took the rubberized cover off. This mucks up my protective coating cover along edges as well. I am able to charge by using cord into usb port so not all bad. Wish I could just lay my phone on charger pad. Love the purple color.

Best case for drop protection. Had one on my s22+ as well. Withstands being thrown on the ground by a one year old. Can't get much better than that!

I have enjoyed otterbox products in the past but this time Otterbox really let me down. I purchased a case for a Galaxy S24 Ultra. Instead I was sent a case for a S23 and to add insult to injury I have to pay shipping back to get my refund. Very dissappointed and I purchased from a competitor. I will think twice before buying from Otterbox again.

Just purchased 3 of these for the new family phones. Last similar products lasted 3 years and kept our phones safe through multiple times of being dropped. Never a broken screen!

The Defender case is so tough, I have no worries of something happening to my phone, especially with the clip cover over the front. The clip cover is very secure whether it's on the back or the front and the phone/case never slides out. The defender case is pretty perfect! The materials feel a little stiffer or thicker than the Defender for my previous phones but I am adjusting to it.I purchased the green and the blue cases and their color is as pictured.
Purchased this case for my new Galaxy s24+ and I love it. Bought the purple which is two toned and it looks great. I purchased this product for my previous phone and it worked very well to protect my phone for many years. Definitely would recommend.
Great protection and decent price with the guarantees. Easily applied and proper protection. Wish though it provided a clear screen for scratches.
Quick delivery and very easy to install. Chose he Defender as it provides the protection needed against drops. Also accommodates the added glass screen protector and no issues with wireless charging.
This was not a good choice for me. The one I ordered came with the belt clip. It's so heavy when I fastened it to my pants it pulled my pants down. I also have arthritic hands use a Pop-Socket to hold the phone easier. You can't use a Pop-Socket with the belt clip. As with any Otterbox, it's an excellent phone case, just not for me. I think it would be better for a man. I gave it a low rating so maybe others don't make the same mistake I did.
