This is my 4th otterbox defender on my 4th Samsung Galaxy phone. This has been the best case ever as far as durability goes. I work in construction type business and am very ruff with equipment. Not 1 phone has ever broken and I drop them or rip them off my belt. Otterbox holds up to the test. You find a good product you stick with it

This is my third Otterbox case. I have tested these through three different phones and found each of them to be outstanding protection for the phones. I have dropped my phone from ladders and stairways and have experienced no damage from the drops. I even dropped one in the toilet and just dried it off with a damp towel and kept using it, with no problems. I have had one Otterbox case wear out from use, and Otterbox company replaced it for free. Lastly, when I have traded in my old phones for new ones, and removed them from the Otterbox case, the phones looked like new. No scratches or broken corners or cracked screens. Overall, it is a great otterbox case that comes with the protection otterbox is known for. So far, the only negative is that this blue color fades and holds stains. I've had my case for less than a week, but it looks like I've had it for years. Even after trying to wipe and clean the case, the discoloration stays.

I bought the new S24 ultra and with it's price tag I wanted to make sure it stays nice! I had a cheaper case on it until the OtterBox arrived and there is a stark difference. For such a rugged case it's quite slim and has a great grip. And it absolutely protects well against drops, although I haven't had any high drops as of writing. I've had OtterBox defender cases since the earlier galaxies and never had any issues and they always keep my phone in beautiful condition. Love the blue color which looks great with the light blue of the actual phone itself. I only wish it had design options rather than plain colors but I'll take the protection over print any day!
I've been using Otterbox items since they went into business. I've never experienced any problems with their products. They are very reliable and functional. The staff ars great to work with. My phones, tablets and more have been protected and never damaged even when I dropped them.
The Defender cases are pretty much bulletproof. I love holster as well for the times when it doesn't work to stuff the phone in a pocket. I just wish they would make the Realtree camo cases for the Samsung phones as well as the Apple. I miss my Realtree Defender now that I no longer have an iPhone.
Everything I would expect from otterbox! Been using them since the S3 and I don't see that changing! They also have great customer service so if anything goes wrong just contact them they will make it right. I haven't had anything go wrong in the last couple phones I've gotten but I believe the s20 had an issue and they sent me several replacement pieces and then an extra brand new case once they fixed it!

Especially in combination with a glass screen protector.If you want good glass protection I recommend a glass screen protector as well. I've had my screen protectors crack many times from drops on my old phones and the phone glass of good everytime! I have used OtterBox for years and years and years. I've always been happy with a quality. The recent case for my s24 ultra is an exception to that. The cut out for the s pen lose a sharp corner which is uncomfortable in the palm of the left hand. I was hoping mine it's them sort of manufacturing defect and contacted support. They sent a second case out which had the exact same issue. There is a groove between the top and bottom of the case. It's very uncomfortable to hold.
I will only use Otterbox Defender. I am so bad about dropping my phone on concrete, down the staires, and many other places. When i took my case off to trade in my S21 Ultra it still looked like new. Now that i upgraded to the S24 Ultra i made sure i got another Otterbox Defender case.
