After just one week of use, eggs are already starting to stick to it. And yes, I've followed all directions for use and care. I should note that it started having problems immediately after deep frying something in it at medium heat. Deep drying is specifically mentioned as one of the 10 uses of the pan in advertising. I shudder to think what would happen if you actually put this pan in the oven even though it says it's "oven safe". It does seem to retain heat well and I like that. I use oil with cooking so the sticking is not a huge problem for now. Thus far this pan has been a whole lot of hype and marketing but kinda below average performance. I cook a lot and I don't think it's going to last long. I wouldn't buy another and I wouldn't suggest buying one to ... MoreAfter just one week of use, eggs are already starting to stick to it. Just another mediocre pan but this one has a whole lot of marketing and pretty advertising behind it.

I am sorry that I spent over $100 for this pan. Generally, I am not finding the quality I had hoped it would have. I understand that non-stick surfaces are sensitive to high heat, but his pan cannot handle it all. The 3rd day I had my new pan, I was toasting some rice cakes, in oil, and they started burning , marring the non-stick surface . Also, the color ( I have the "sage") is not how it appears on-line, The color is actually quite ugly to be honest, very muddied green, so that was disappointing . The spoon rest is gimmicky for sure. So you can see, that I am not happy with this overpriced purchase . I do like the food capacity and the cover, however . Still debating a return .

I’ve had the Our Place regular and mini size pots & pans for a while and love them. Unfortunately, doesn’t seem like Our Place is the same quality company. I was excited for the large pan, but received a pan with residue streaks and multiple scratches on the bottom. I reordered 2 more times and again received used pans In unacceptable condition. The 3rd one had residue streaks and black spots on the inside, multiple scratches on the bottom, as well as dents on the handle & edge of the spout and paint defects. It is very disappointing that the pan is being shipped out in unacceptable condition with no quality assurance. Even if it was just a mistake, it is inexcusable that it happened 3 times.

If you love using cast-iron but don't want the weight or are looking for a true non-stick pan - these are for you. Seriously nothing sticks to this pan. I have had my griddle using the same technology for over 6 months - and would default to that, even though it was often oversized, because of how easy it was to use and clean. If you've been debating getting these pans. STOP. Get it now and sign up for their loyalty program so you can get rewards and discounts on each new pan.Hate handwashing - don't we all - but with this pan, it truly is a breeze. Everything wipes out easily and then it's a light wash - rinse and you're done.Follow the directions and you'll be golden.
I LOVE THIS SKILLET! The non-stick surface is perfect. It is SO easy to clean, too! The added bonus of the spatula and how it has a place on the skillet is so convenient. The lavender color I purchased is beautiful and makes me happy every time I pull it out to use. I needed a new skillet of this size & capacity to replace a really old skillet (from a different major brand) that was starting to lose its nonstick surface. I make a lot of large meals, so I needed a new large skillet and was waiting for Our Place to have one. And when they did I jumped on their major Black Friday sale to purchase mine. This is my first Our Place product to own, but I had bought a Dutch oven for a friend as a wedding gift and they have both raved continuously about how much they use ... MoreI LOVE THIS SKILLET! The pots and skillets are pricey, but they have good sales from time to time, and their products have proven worthy of their prices. I intend to buy more products in the future, whether as gifts or for myself. :)
The best ps s I have purchased. I’ve had others and they don’t hold up. Wasted a lot of $$$. I like the weight of these and they are easy to clean. I always put. Bit of oil in pan as directed. I didn’t take off a star due to the small handle getting hot. It s instinct to grab this handle while stirring and I’ve gotten a quick burn. Don’t know why it wasn’t made of same protective material as large handle.I was given the tan ones by my daughter who introduced me to this brand. I later ordered the green ones which I love so much I wish I had room on counter to display the pot which is large enough for making sauce and meatball recipes. I’m hoping to get replacement for my smaller pans in same color when there’s a sale again.
I have owned my pan for under 2 months. I purchased Always Pan bundle and it's the large one that I use the most. I love the way that it looks and the weight of it. It distributes heat evenly and is great to cook with. However, it is already marked and scratched. I highly doubt that it will have the longevity that I have had with previous pans. I purchased the pan based on the website / advertisements saying it was non-stick, non-toxic and easy to wash / care for. I have followed all the cleaning instructions and it is still heavily scratched and marked. I hope I receive a reply to this review as to what I should do next.
WOW, the Always pan is awesome and the hype is real. My husband and I cook a lot and have been wanting to upgrade from our non-stick and stainless pans. We bought a Le Creuset thinking. "hey, it's top of the line, chefs use it, so it must be good," eh, not so much. We weren't a fan of the Le Creuset because it is heavy and it is such a high-maintenance pan - even though it also uses the ceramic non-stick.So, we decided to give the Always pan a try. We were both hesitant but hopeful. Seriously, SO GLAD we gave it a try. You can tell it was engineered by a woman - it's super light weight while still being large. It has two pour sides that you can close or open while cooking to seal in steam or allow it out. The lid is amazing because it locks in steam but the water ... The lid is amazing because it locks in steam but the water collects on the lid so that the food still cooks properly. IT'S SO EASY TO CLEAN!! I cannot stress that part enough. We follow the directions of low-medium heat (it does heat up fast) and we've had no issues with sticking. And its pretty to look at. TBH, all of these things have made cooking more fun!We are so happy we purchased and plan on purchasing more Always pans in the future!
Wow! We are really enjoying this new skillet. Took a chance on ordering as we have 7 of the original Our Pans, unfortunately we no longer use them as they lost the nonstick costing within a few months,! So very unhappy! Customer service treated me like a child that cooked on high and damaged the surface! At 74 years old I know how to cook and on what temperature. Wish they all had the new nonstick surface to cook on, still not ordering additional pans, as want to use this new one longer to make sure it will last, and these products are not inexpensive! Was sorry I raved to others in the beginning, as friends and relatives no longer are using their pans either.
I bought my Large Always Pan about 9 months ago. We use it every week, mostly for veggies, soups, stir-frys, etc. It worked so great in the begining that I remember sending one to my mother-in-law for Christmas. I also loved how light it was in comparison to other non-stick pans I have had. But then, about a month ago I started to notice food sticking to the bottom almost immedietly when I started cooking something. Last week, my entire tofu stir-fry stuck to the bottom and burned (on low-med heat!). What a bummer. I am tossing mine and will likely try another brand. This is a good brand, but not necessarily better than others.
