Terrible quality. Flimsy. Would not recommend. Total waste of money. Had to go to Bunnings to try reinforce the hutch so that my bunnies didn’t fall through the levels.

Be Prepared to Improvise

If you are a glutton for punishment, this is the rabbit cage for you. It is small and more suited to dwarf breeds of rabbits (I have Lionheads). Guinea pigs would be happy in this size. The directions are vague so have a person handy with wood and tools help you build this. You will need to improvise here and there as many of the wood pieces do not fit well together. The roof can blow off easily so you want to screw it down to the body. The fabric on roof top is flimsy - the pictures of this hutch are deceiving. I expected something thicker and sturdier for the roof top. If you are using this outdoors, I would advise it be kept under a roof or covering of some kind. The floor between the levels is the tray interior. Very slippery. I am going to get some hardware cloth to put on top of this floor so that droppings will fall through onto the tray and it will give better footing. The tray design is poor - you have to remove the ramp to the bottom level if you intend to pull the entire tray out for cleaning. The bottom level sits directly on the ground so you want to ensure your ground is level before placing this hutch. If you have a digger, good luck. This is a very lightweight hutch. I bought two of these for the two males and the cages sit inside a large rabbit run which also contains the large pen for the females. The run is totally encased in hardware cloth so I'm not worried about predators. If this hutch was sitting on its own, I would be worried. It is not sturdy enough to hold up to a fox or coyote or our large owls for that matter. I will be placing a tarp over part of the overall run to try and keep the elements off these two hutches. Perhaps I will get some extra time out of them. At this point I will be surprised if they hold up for two months. Overall, I was very disappointed with the quality of these hutches considering the price paid.

Chicken coop

Not for long term use but will work for our purpose. Didn't want to spend a lot. Quality is fair. I put a coat of sealing stain on it since it didn't appear to be able to withstand outside temps and conditions for a long period. We hope to only need it for a short time for our granddaughters 2 baby chicks.

Flimsy product with inferior instructions

This product was poorly protected during shipment and sustained minor damage requiring repairs to make it safe for any pets. In addition the assembly instructions were equally unsatisfactory since it only consisted of one page of pictures. This is not my first rodeo with chicken coops, extensions, greenhouses, etc. and I am fully capable to read and assemble virtually any product. Another thing not mentioned at all is that without a complement of necessary tools it is virtually impossible to assemble and have it secure. The small phillips head screwdriver is a joke. I would not recommend this product to any purchaser.

Nice looking product but feels cheap.

I bought this hutch for my rabbit. It looks good and was very quick and simple to put together (despite the instructions which did not appear too clear). Whilst it is aesthetically pleasing and takes up very little room, you get what you pay for and in this instance, the wood does not feel too solid. The roof was a struggle to secure and required extra screws. Please bear in mind too that you may need to purchase your own felt for the roof as this was not provided. I love the fact that the top floor pulls out like a drawer to allow for easy access and cleaning but with the ramp attached to this, it cannot be completely taken out and is sometimes difficult to open, depending upon the ground below. Poorly made

This was so cheaply made. It’s barely particle board and is so raw that splinters are a major issue. The biggest reason we bought this one was the pull out tray for cleaning, which isn’t even functional because the ramp is attached to it. It also comes with incomplete instructions so it’s a guessing game halfway through.

Rabbit cage

Instructions could have been more detailed instead of just pictures. It's a good little cage for our 1 dwarf bunny, but that's all that would fit. I would keep it indoors or on carport. It's not that well built to keep out in the weather.

Terribly planned set up!

I bought this realizing it was cheap. The main problem is that once you get it set up you will realize that the freaking ramp is attached to the pull out drawer rendering it useless. We are in the process of modifying it to hopefully be functional. Fingers crossed. I do not recommend this unless you plan on revamping the whole thing.

The wood is paper thin literally cardboard thin! Its so light that wind would knock it over and it can be picked up and moved by just 1 person! Definitely would not put it outdoors theres no shingles on the roof and with the wood being so thin it will rot! Rabbits will definitely be able to chew through this cage! The pull out trays have just sticky paper instead of plastic on the bottoms so if your rabbit isnt litter trained the trays will be destroyed within a week. There are no metal locks on doors just turn style pieces of wood a rabbit definitely could get out. The instructions are non existent there is picture diagrams only so assembling is a absolute nightmare!!! I already assembled it so its not worth the time and hassle to disassemble and ship back! terrible product!

If it wasn't for this being a Christmas present and needing a cage badly ( because I already had the rabbits) then I certainly would of sent this back! This cage is made very poorly for the price. I thought I was getting a 2 story cage instead of 2 separate cages. The directions to assemble the cage were a guessing game and I was not provided with the correct screws/ nails. I had to go find my own that fit. Plus the screws that were provided were so small that they didn't even hold the 2 pieces of wood together. It fell apart when trying to turn it to work on the other side. All the wood was splintery and junky looking. I bought this as a nice looking cage to have in my house where people see. There was a door that 2 pieces of wood were pieced together to look like it was one. It must of been scraps that manufacture ran out and needed a little more so this is how they made it work! The wiring is so flimsy I'm afraid the bunnies are going to chew through that so easily or it barely holds their water bottle. The part where that is is starting to get loose. The 1st day the bunnies had the whole inside chewed. This cage is not going to last long at all. I am VERY disappointed.
