Just between us, the panic on Monsiour Vladuv's face when he has to switch servicing station upon the doom of the little game's gods shifting the map around make almost up for the idio- idiosyncrasi of Count Vrakus who will not ship a single vegetarian meal, for the life of any of us.-stealing all our Profit's in the process.Yes all of them.-or Miss Belatrice, how often she fell of the map exploiting the mortailty.Ugh.All in all remains, a funny craft for peers, with enough room for trolls. Like the first, this is not just a game best played with friends, it's one that is only really enjoyable if you're playing it with others. If you are, it's as fun as the original, although perhaps not quite as distinct as one might like. It's certainly fun though, although if you're an anxious person it might be one to pass up. It is also worth being aware that this version of the game does NOT have crossplay with console releases of the game. Despite what google result headlines may imply, that functionality is paywalled behind the "All You Can Eat" version. You CAN crossplay with Epic users, but only if you go into the beta branches on Steam. With all that said, if you do have friends on the right platforms, give the game a try.

Need to chill out with your online friends after a long consecutive hours of competitive online games?Do you have a friend who is new to gaming? If so, this is the game for you! It’s super simple. Assemble the ingredients, cook the food, and you’re done! I had a lot of fun with my friends and people watching had even more fun watching us play. Why you ask? Because you can be terrible at the game and still enjoy it.If it’s fun and laughters you’re looking for, this is the game I recommend.

One of my favorite games to play with my wife. There's a nice variety in the levels and challenges here, with new elements constantly being introduced and keeping things fresh. Some levels can feel a bit unfair or frustrating going in, but with repeat attempts you will be able to master them eventually, and feel very accomplished! The visuals and music are cute, too.
I was excited for this sequel since playing the first. However, there are some flaws. There is no option to play 2 vs 2 privately. I don't like the switching character feature on solo play, should have just given you the option to play as one character with a slightly different kitchen layout for solo play. You cannot use another mii account when playing 2 or more. Gameplay has some bugs like items getting stuck or characters disappearing completely. The campaign story is very short, the first game had more stages. You could finish the main game in a weekend.Hopefully the upcoming dlc will fix these issues or add more features. If not, I'm afraid the replayability of this game will be non-existent even with online play.
There are fewer and fewer games designed to gather people together and have them help each other in order to win. This isn't a if-I-win-then-you-lose game. This is a let'-all-help-each-other win and succeed game. In my view, it is a terrific family game (and is one of the very few video games my family will play together). I love how is fosters teamwork and delegation and support from one another. Now, compared fo Overcooked 1, this game has excellent additions and challenges. The additions (one of them being a way to throw food to others) is superb. Plus, online co-operative play is an new addition...but I would argue that while a nice option, the game is far more enjoyable to do with others in the same room. This is a video game that can be recommended without ... MoreThere are fewer and fewer games designed to gather people together and have them help each other in order to win. Test the fabric of every social relationship you have and who you are as a person with overcooked. A really great simulation tool for therapists everywhere to pretend that people are working on conflict resolution or team building, when really what they're doing is making sushi or burritos. People have overhyped this game for nearly a decade and it is infuriating. The game is okay but it is not innovative It uses mechanics that have been built on since the PlayStation 2. The only thing that's changed is accessibility and visibility, the switch makes it a lot easier for people to cross play and segment which means it's being mistaken for innovation when really it's all about putting it in front of people. I'm going to give it five stars because I already selected ... MoreTest the fabric of every social relationship you have and who you are as a person with overcooked. Please don't tell me that it's a tool for making your relationship stronger. It isn't. You're just making food and getting frustrated. That's it
Great sequel to its predecessor. Overcooked 2 added new features that improve upon Overcooked.First, players are now able to toss raw ingredients to one another over a significant distance, hastening the ever need to stay ahead of the orders. You can also play with other individuals via internet connection, though I honestly have not used this feature this far. I did however, play this game with my 11 year old niece and she loved it. This game is hilarious to play and frustrating. As a player you have to chop, cook, build orders and serve your dishes in what could be considered "extreme" conditions. Becareful because you can set your whole dang kitchen on fire and fall off a hot air balloon all at the same time. This game was a complete underdog for my child but quickly became a top 5. Great 2 player game. Only downside for us was the load time.
Bro this game…. this GAME!! IS SO FUN!!! Now I know this game is all about teamwork and communication but when you have competitive friends who want to win every level it becomes a hilarious time of us jokingly getting frustrated with each other! It’s so fun to find a good rhythm for each level, and it’s funny when we make mistakes like when we fall off the map or accidentally throw food away. All around fun time and i recommend this if you play a lot of games with friends or family!
