Very good set for the price. In the box there are two sets of ear plugs made from high density foam that are soft and take a bit to expand but muffles wind and biking sounds nicely. I can still hear the engine well as well as other bikers I talk to but environment is definitely quieter. When it comes to size they are thin and long so they go quite deep into ear canal and might not suit people with wide ear canals Placement is crucial with any ear plugs and I can highly recommend those.

The ear plugs never actually cut out any sound at any point, no matter how much I pushed them into my ears. The more I pushed them, the smaller they got. They're just too soft. I had to go straight back to using chewed up tissue paper. Looks like the low tech solution wins out this time.
It's difficult to find ear plugs that actually consistently work. These are comfortable, long lasting and very quiet. Good price too.
Nice comfy earplugs. Case was sticky (like it had once had a sticker on it) and it broke first time I opened it but doesn't affect the performance of the earplugs
