OXO Good Grips Better Silicone Whisk (Red, 9-Inch)

I'm not very happy with the construction of this whisk. After only using it a few times, the handle popped off. I was just whisking gravy. I glued it back with gorilla glue. So far so good, but I am very gentle with it.

Disappointed

I am very disappointed in this product.It is described as a 23cm whisk.It is in reality an 11.5cm whisk with a 10cm ferrule and handle, which means that I can only use in very small bowls.What I thought I would be getting is a whisk 23cm long, with a handle, which is what my previous, now demised, whisk was and which I could use in a standard mixing bowl. This little thing is almost a toy.

Fantastic addition to my kitchen tools collection !

I have been looking for a smaller silicone wisk for mixing eggs etc. in my non- stick frying pans. This OXO wisk is perfect . Luv all OXO products . They are hung up on hooks across my bakers rack for easy accessibility.

Great pans.

I love the non-stick pans. I used to have stainless steel and always burnt the middle of an omelette, not anymore and the omelette just slides out. I bought these pans in particular because they're PFAS free. Also the handles stay cool and they're light. I have no problems with them.

Great size for smaller saucepans

This is the second one I've bought in about 5 years. It works great on nonstick pans and has a smooth, comfortable grip. Bought it for unbeatable price at Macys. Unfortunately the first one I owned got jammed in my overstuffed kitchen utensil drawer and came apart. I have bought many OXO utensils and they rarely disappoint.

Just what I needed!

I hadn't been able to find this size in any local store. I use it daily when making my hot cereal - perfect size, great quality, and good value. It completes my OXO whisk set.

Perfect for non-scratch pots

Tired of metal marks on my pots so finally grabbed one of these. I am a dedicated Oxo fan so this was my choice. Of course, it’s perfect!

Reliable

I broke my old OXO whisk, my fault, it lasted 11 years, it still looked brand new though. Why look around, I just purchased another. My kitchen is full of OXO.

Silicone Whisks Are Great!

This whisk is great for use in a non-stick pan or enameled cast iron as it will not scratch or mar either surface. It cleans up easily in the dishwasher and the handle is comfortable and does not cause hand fatigue when gripping for a long period of time. The silicone coating has not torn or otherwise degraded. The wires are securely imbedded into the handle in what appears to be a water-proof fashion. I really like this whisk and it makes easy work of the task at hand.

Too small for the school, but I kept one!

Bought six for my kid's school culinary program but they were smaller than what the teacher needed, so I returned 5 and kept one for me. I bought larger ones for the kids. I love this smaller whisk. Perfect for small quantities. Why have I been using my huge whisk exclusively for all these years? It's cute and the handle is comfortable, as with all OXO products.
