I got my OXO good grip container in a 1.7 qt size and I love it. I love baking and use a lot of walnuts, pecans, and pistachios in my baking so I buy them in bulk. Only problem is they taste stale if not stored in a good airtight container. That is where this wonderful airtight container by OXO comes in handy. I decided to use it with my pecans and I am so happy with it that I have ordered a couple more in larger sizes for my other nuts. The airtight seal works great. It is super easy to use. Just push button down for airtight seal and push again to release the seal. Very happy highly recommended it.

This container seems to have a good seal to keep food fresh. It is easy to open and close with the push of the button on top. Itās also easy to clean. This size is quite small though, and Iām not sure of how versatile it is because of its size. It is definitely for dry goods only. Iām using it for snacks for my family. It works well for that purpose, but the lids do not seem that durable due to the design. Iām not sure how long it will hold up to constant opening and closing. It is probably better suited for pantry goods that arenāt used frequently.

I got my OXO good grip container in a 1.7 qt size and I love it. I love baking and use a lot of walnuts, pecans, and pistachios in my baking so I buy them in bulk. I bought a full set of Oxo Good Grips POP Containers years ago and needed a particular size. I ordered the 0.9 qt. small square short container. Although this item appears to be available when shopping online, there is a newer model of this item 1.1 qt. and to my disappointment, that is what I received. I should have returned it and continued my search for the original model to match my set (if it is still available). I grind my coffee beans and the small square short size is perfect for my needs. The people at Maycrest Hardware are most helpful and appreciated!
Iām giving this Pop container 5 stars because it does provide a good seal and helps keep products fresh however, it states that the button can double as a handle for the lid only. Donāt use the handle to carry it because you will spill the contents out. Once you push the button down, it helps seal the container.This container is the 1.7 qt. size and is ideal for items such as coffee, regular or brown sugar, etc. I have some leftover coffee grounds in mine now that were originally in the bag they came in but I didnāt want the coffee to taste stale so I moved it into this container which keeps it fresh.This is easy to wash and is dishwasher safe. Itās easy to dissemble & reassemble. Definitely a product I would purchase again especially different sizes.

I received a POP Container - Rectangle Short (1.7 Qt.) to try and review. Upon opening the box I noticed how nicely made the container was. It was made of thick plastic. More of a sturdy container. It has a pop lid that seals tightly on the container. A simple push down and it almost locks the container to the lid. Another push on the lid and the seal seems to unlock the lid and container. I liked it. It would be a good container for pasta noodles and I would be comfortable knowing that the lid is sealed tight so there would be no spills or anything getting into the container. They are designed quite nicely. Easy to clean as well.
