I bought one like this before but have misplaced it during my move to Florida. I am so happy to have one back in my kitchen. It is excellent for making sauces. No more lumps. Perfect for a velvety finish.

This type of whisk is the best style for making gravies, sauces etc but they are difficult to find so if you can get your hands on one - buy it!!

I wish I could give this 10 stars! This is the BEST gravy whisk I have ever had. I have been making gravy for 55 years and I have bought many gravy whips, whisks over the years. My daughter & daughter in laws each got one in their Christmas stocking because they ALL wanted mine. LOVE this!

Never realized this whisk existed. Always used a flat whisk but it never whisked like this whisk, whisks! My gravy came out super smooth and was a breeze to clean up just a quick rinse with the sprayer.
I inherited a gravy whisk from my mother and my daughter had always wanted one. I found these on you sight. I've always had great luck with OXO products, so, I ordered two: a spare for me and and the other for my daughter. We were both excited to have them and love that they have that wonderful OXO quality.
Nothing like a flat whisk for gravy and sauces! I had one years ago and my husband managed to destroy it...lol. This whisk is handy and works great! Perfect!
I ordered this as I’ve been cooking from scratch more often and this came in handy when I made ranch dressing! Far easier and quicker to mix with than a small whisk. Also used it to mix pancake mix and it was so much quicker!
The oxo gravy and sauce whisk is a great product - it works perfectly with excellent results. Every kitchen should have one.
I used this whisk to blend eggs, crepes batter, almond butter sauce, and impressed by the design. It picks everything so well, from the bottom and sides of the mixing bowl. You never know how practical these little kitchen utensils are till you get one. I'm sure, ill be using it a lot in cooking and baking.
