We originally started on another 100% litter and although was value for money, I found that it didnt control urine odour well. I switched over to this product as being recycled from eucalyptus (natural anti bac) its stopped the urine causing bacteria to increase rapidly to cause smells. So it has been alot easier to manage for our indoor cat. We still empty 2 times a day to ensure clean litter for our little mate. Deff worth the switch.

Excellent product for odour and 'tracking' control. Love the tray system that filters the liquid waste through to be absorbed by the litter below. Very economical and easy to clean. The litter tray is a good size for a larger indoor cat like mine. I have been using Oz-Pet litter for years and don't plan on switching any time soon. Thanks to Pet Circle also for quick and efficient door to door service!

I have tried a few litters for my cats, this has to be my favourite. Combined with the Oz Pet sifting litter box, this is a really economical litter. I have 3 cats, and a 15kg bag has lasted for months now. Low odour, relatively environmentally friendly, and no dust particles. I highly recommend this litter, especially for multi-cat households. Really impressive.

I have two male cats. I bought this on sale as I’d used another wooden litter in the past which seemed similar. Unfortunately Ozpet did not work for me and seemed to be of poorer quality. The litter did not absorb smell well (although other reviewers seem pleased with it) and it dissolved inconsistently making cleaning more difficult (although if you have the seive system it may work better?). It is however fairly good to minimize tracking and it does present good value for money. Being a wood litter it is rather heavy and bulky, so be aware of this when ordering large bags.

Almost non-existent tracking!!

Probably one of the best wood pellet litter Ive ever bought! It doesnt smell and most importantly - oh my god - almost non-existent tracking!!! HIghly recommended, just a bit more pricey, but worth it.

Amazing product - Game Changer!

Having two indoor cats and several litter trays in the house - I'd tried everything out there (or at least I thought!).We'd used Crystals for years to help with the smell and tracking.Our male cat started having issues with UTI's and our vet suggested trying something else again.Desperate to not have the cat go through another UTI and with such great reviews, I decided to give the Litter a go. I have to say I wasn't convinced when I ordered, but I'm delighted with this it's the BEST. Odour control and very little tracking - and if there is it's easily swept up and unlike crystals you're not find rough bits underfoot.

I've used this litter for years and it's fantastic when used in conjunction with the Oz pet litter tray. It controls odours really well and is very economically, as only the used litter is thrown out - one bag lasts my rag doll for months.I?ve tried the crystals and other types of litter but they did not control odour and were too expensive.Will not use anything else.

Low Odour, Waste-Free, Reduced Mess Litter

One of my favourite cat litters - I've come back to it time and time again. I find this litter best to use with a two-layer sifting tray litterbox, as when the pellets get wet they crumble into sawdust that falls through into the bottom layer and makes for easy and waste-free cleaning. The pellets are nice and large unlike other pellet litters, which prevents them from falling through the holes in the sifting layer and causing litter waste. I also find this litter helps reduce the odour of my cat's waste. The large pellets with a sifting system also help prevent the litter being tracked across the floor (a classic scenario with other crystal/dirt-like litters), and with a high-sided litterbox not too many pellets get kicked out and they're easy to clean up!

Misleading Reviews

Having used crystals for years, I wanted to try something different. I keep my litter in a tiled area so it's easy to clean and maintain. Unlike crystals, this stuff turns into a fine powder/mush. It has increased the household maintenance 10 fold and I now have to get my carpets clean. I use a matt to collect litter so the cats don't walk it through the house, but this stuff gets between their toes and walked through the house and carpet.It's absolutely revolting and turned out less economical as well considering once it's used it's like powder. For someone with chronic pain this has really increased my workload.I've had to get down and scrub tiles, and more to recover from this.At least using crystals with a mat, they don't get walked through the house and ... MoreHaving used crystals for years, I wanted to try something different. Not a misleading review...Best kitty litter used!!

Have used this litter for the last eight months with my little lady. After having used paper pellets, clumping and crystal litter types previously, this litter far outweighs all of them. Every two weeks, I change the litter (approx 10cm deep). I take out the solids daily, give the tray a shake to let the dust settle to the bottom and its as good as new (and yes, this a normal, everyday type of litter tray). There is no odour and the little lady is happy ??
