Incredibly surprised.I bought this as a cheap option, option to forego the makita 18v option.I am really glad I did. This is a third of the price, comes with some accessories and it’s really powerful. I am honestly astonished at how good this is for $99.

I bought this last week from Bunnings in Harrisdale Western Australia to carry a a simple small job and it died within approximately 2 hours use. I did some light chiseling and the drill started to slow down and make a funny noise as if the brushes had worn out prematurely. I was offered a replacement but decided to upgrade to a more reliable Brand. I do not recommend this product even though it functioned perfectly up for the short time it was running and carries a 3 year replacement warranty.

I bought this a month ago to hammer drill holes in concrete to install some handrailings.It drilled all of the holes in seconds which would have taken at least half an hour with a normal drill.This drill was also used to chisel some concrete and worked perfectly.

I was pleasantly surprised how good this drill turned out to be. Best money I have spent. Made light work of removing old tile adhesive, highly recommend for the person doing diy projects at home.
My B & D hammer drill was having no success in drilling holes in a concrete driveway. After 30 mins of getting nowhere and thinking convicts had scratched their way out of Alcatraz quicker, I went and bought this to see if it would fare any better. Oh my goodness, did it ever; it drilled eight 12x200mm holes in thick concrete in no time at all. It was like drilling through softwood. The best $100 I’ve spent in a long time… it’s solid, well-built, powerful and comes with spare bits. The right tool for the job..
I bought it a month ago for my house DIY reno project. It does a good job for my home DIY project. Removing cements screed, tiles and thinset was completed with this tool without much trouble. Recommend to buy a good quality SDS plus bit, take a short break and add grease often to last longer. Compare to the cost against its performance, I am happy with this purchase.
Good product for the price. Four stars because since the previous model they have deleted the rotation lock, so now the chisel rotates randomly in use, very frustrating with a flat tip. The side handle mount is a bit flimsy, and contrary to the listing it does not have reverse.
Needed a hammer drill with more power than my brushless Makita hammer drill to break up a fair amount of over poured concrete from a slab to make way for a garden bed. My makita 18v didn’t have the power to break the 6-7 inch thick chunks of concrete. This ozito hammer drill has surprised me. For $99 I didn’t expect much, but it made very short work of breaking up all the concrete. For what I paid I have nothing at all to complain about. It got the job done for cheap. Seems quite durable and very well priced.
My two corded drills that had hammer functions, could not make a simple hole into brickwork.it took me 35 minutes with a new drill bit. Decided to purchase the most cheapest hammer dedicated drill, and Ozito delivered. Each hole took me no longer than a few seconds. My new drill bits and old ones have all come through as new again. Definitely the drill to blame for my longer than expected time taken to drill a simple hole.
Bought this to drill into brickwork to install 8 dyna bolts and went through like butter. Initially tried using a 18v brushless hammer drill and no dice.For the price, it’s well worth it even if you use it once a year!Just make sure to get a good set of SDS+ bits for it.
