I bought this drill in 2010 for my renovations and expected it to die shortly after. 12 years later the brushes finally need replacing other than that it’s still going strong. Very versatile drill.

Bought this to drill a few holes in concrete and bricks as my old Maximate 13 mm stopped working after a lot of work. This drill does not hold the 12 mm drill bit and drops out. In my third attempt there was a kick back that I had never experienced before. Returning it to Bunnings.

Face facts! The Ozito range is made for domestic use and fits that perfectly. They have a reasonable price, include a great warranty and are capable of doing most diy jobs around the house. I own 8 Ozito tool & gardening products and have never had a problem, show some mechanical sympathy and just let the tool do the job - don’t force it. This little Hammer Drill is easy to handle & use for most drilling jobs needed at home.
This piece of equipment was excellent well priced but unfortunately was to heavy for me to use.I am 81 years old semi disabled i would recommend this drill to anyone without hesitation. AS regards to the company who supplied the drill ROBERT DYAS they were superb kept you informed of delivery date thank you
Purchased this last week. Used to drill one hole and the internal chuck screw pushed out the drill bit then fell out. Wouldn't recommend. Taking back to buy a Makita
I bought this just before Christmas hoping to get some blinds up over the Christmas break. Sadly I only got 10 holes drilled before the handle melted toward the chuck and the internal mechanisms were exposed. Easy return though as always. Thanks Bunnings Munno Parra. Wouldn't recommend this drill. But would recommend a visit to my local bunnos as they are excellent at customer service and helped me purchase a drill that didn't melt. Haha
Poor quality. Went good at first for maybe 5-6 uses and then starts smoking and the whole unit gets REALLY HOT, especially the handle.Only used for approximately 8 hole saw holes in18mm plywood which this drill couldn't handle.Lost my receipt so stuck with a dead pretend drill.
Its OK for small jobs, however its a little underpowered for heavier work. Also, when utilising the hammer drill function, the chuck becomes frequently loose no matter how hard you tighten it
Basic entry level hammer drill - wanted something to use on rare occasion so didn’t mind having a cord, rather than wait for a battery to charge.Works great for home brick walls.
