I bought this yesterday and went set it up today in calm conditions. Was nearly impossible to put up for two people without brute strength to get the first set of locking pins in place. It went down hill from there. The legs are flimsy and three of the four locking button/pins to get it to full height are broken. It will only go high enough for 4ft people to walk under. I expected a lot more from an OzTrail product and will be returning it. It’s not fit for the purpose intended. I’m guessing the flimsiness of construction is a byproduct of their attempt to make a compact model. Don’t waste your money on this product.

Wasn’t too hard to put up with two people. Just make sure you don’t pull the lower leg portion out of the channel by accident as there’s just the one pin. It’s the top section of the legs which is length adjustable.

We took this camping and it was great. I love the compact size which allows me to fit it in the (smallish) basket on the roof of my car. Would also fit neatly in the boot if needed.We also found the clips tough to clip into place but that may be due to it being new and hopefully with time they'll be easier.I was able to set up and put down on my own, although easier with another person :)

If you have ever had to sit through a kids cricket match, you will know the endless sitting in the full sun required. The 2.4 Gazebo is the right size to help with this problem. This gazebo packs into a compact size that is easy to carry around. It is also the right size and weight for a trip to the Basin in Pittwater which can only be accessed by boat, ferry or a 2.8km walk .
This 2.4x2.4 compact gazebo is easy to carry and store in the car. Relatively good in size and coverage once erected. Used it first time during rainy day and no leak or water dripping. The post lock button, sometimes is hard to press. The post position needs to be balance across the 4 posts, otherwise the post will start bit bending.Overall is good gazebo and worth for money.
The stitching on the canopy is atrocious! Let me say first Snowys customer service and interstate postage is second to none and I understand they cant really inspect all of their items. Now I doubt this canopy will hold up to any WA afternoon sea breezes other than in an enclosed garden situation let alone a windy campsite. The Velcro which is depended upon to hold down the canopy is stitched "inferior" to expected and lacks proper finishing. all four ridge seams show prominent sunlight through the stitching holes which means it will not even be shower proof so needs seam tape! The Velcro tie down tabs have been sewn one correct one incorrect for attachment,what I mean is one the right way up the next upside down? Used it for the first time over the long weekend on a camping trip. Anchored it down properly and had no issues when the wind gusts came. Was super windy overnight with the tent flapping away like crazy, but the Gazebo stood strong.I got it coz it could fit in the boot and isn't too heavy. 2.4m is a great size for a small family. The red stood out nicely and easy to spot our campsite.
Unfortunately, one leg was inoperable as the locking button was brooken. I reported this and am still waiting for it to be replaced. This means that I am unable to use the gazebo.
I received the OZtrail Gazebo in less than 4 days from ordering which was great.The quality of the Gazebo is excellent. Very easy to assemble. Which I was able to do on my own without any problems.It was the perfect shade for the Mountain Bike Race. enough space for our chairs and eskies.Not heavy and fits in the car without a problem.Very happy with this product.
The first time we used the gazebo one of legs dropped out when it was being erected. The 3rd time we used it, the triple layer reinforced points all had visible wear marks and one had actually worn through the canopy leaving a hole. We contacted snowys who stated the canopy is not covered by the warranty and its worn because we used it in the wind. Its hard to avoid some wind when camping in WA
