Paco Rabanne Invictus - 50ml Eau De Toilette Spray

This has to be my favourite designer fragrance for men! Frag nerds dont come after me! All the notes just compliments each other and the EDT is super long lasting, it stays on ur clothes for eternity. It's not just a fresh, woody and sweet scent. There's an ozonic feel to it like a crisp or breeze that the air feels heavier when youre smelling it. I love this! Thankfully not everyone wears this so you won't smell it everywhere you go! This is a must have if you're a guy who wants to smell fresh and masculine. I think some people don't like this because it's not masculine enough as it doesn't have any leather or animalic notes but it just doesn't need it.

First off, I'll say this is much better than the overhyped 1 Million. I had bought that one on a blind buy and I wish it had been this instead. This is a scent that's been done many times and copied, but this is one of the few that get it right. The only one that I think does it better is Ralph's Club. That is similar to this, but more appealing. My girlfriend bought for me and prefers Ralph's Club and that says it all, for me anyway. Impressing her senses is what's most important to me aside from my own. They know best. 😁 The only thing that I'm not fond of with Invictus - the actual bottle. Kinda ugly. The opening is very fresh, soft, a little sea notes, after about five minutes I hear the bay leaves that are combined with mandarin, grapefruit and marine notes but remains fairly strong projection. In the dry down I’m getting ambergris, patchouli and oakmoss spanning all other notes.! It makes me feel energetic, young, fresh ... overall I say that isn’t a bad smell, so it may be simple, generic, but c’mon not to be hated. Sure,all the grownups guys(don’t like to use the word “old”)or all the niche frag heads out there who prefer to smell of oud and old mounted deer's head will tell you that this stuff is trash!!! But if you are a young guy, looking for a scent to wear to the club,when you’re hanging out with your friends, that will get you some attention from the ladies, then you can't go wrong with this. This is a very versatile fragrance and is better suited for spring and summer but can easily be pulled out year round. Great longevity about 8-9h with great projection for the first 3h.

I love this perfume. It has such a nice opening with lovely salty citrus notes. The grapefruit stands out and I love it. It feels like you are at the ocean and it smells wonderful. It switches to geranium and bay leaves with a hint of spice that finishes with a nice amber wood. I love that it starts out strong and lasts all day. It has a strong spillage which I enjoy. I can always pick out when a man is wearing Invictus Legend and I love it. If you enjoy a salty sweet perfume that makes you feel like you are at the beach I highly recommend this one. I do advise a light hand if you will be in the office. Some people are put off by the strong smell but most women will be edging closer all day. I love when my husband wears this.

This is a very pleasant scent to use. First of all I love the packaging, the bottle is so unique it looks like a trophy. Though this is a sample but the sample size that was given to me is still generous enough 50ml. The scent is not very strong but it lingers. When I received the package, even if I have not opened up the box yet, I could already smell the scent which is really nice. It is definitely an awesome gift to give especially now that it's christmas. For me, I gane it to my husband and he really really loves it. He likes the scent so much and he is also amused with the perfume bottle. This is definitely a must have.

I discovered it when I was working in a beauty salon and one of the girls that I was working with walked past me and there was this gorgeous fresh scent lingering wherever she had been. Its the perfect soft, powdery fragrance, with base notes of sandalwood, cashmere and ambergris, a heart of salted vanilla which is the strongest part in my opinion and top notes of mandarin, ginger and jasmine. It can be sickly sweet if too much is sprayed, and they released Olympa Intense which I also tried the smell is the same scent but stronger, and it lasts longer, and the packaging is the same as the original but is more of a bronze colour as opposed to the rose gold of the original, but I found the Intense version too ... MoreThis is one of my favourite everyday perfumes to wear. I prefer perfume to be subtle but noticeable rather than to announce itself as soon as you walk into a room, and I spray perfume behind my ears into my hair so when Im outside and the wind picks up my hair people catch the scent I am wearing. Also, when I worked at John Lewis, me and the girls from Dior did a natural scent test with the Jadore Touche De Parfum this involved rubbing the Touche oil on our wrists and spraying Jadore on the oil. This would either smell like jasmine, vanilla or a third scent that I cant remember and this would be your bodys natural scent and would indicate which perfumes suit you best mine being jasmine so I am better suited to perfumes with notes of jasmine such as this one and Thierry Muglers Alien review to come. I highly recommend this lovely perfume and it is one I will keep buying

Smells amazing and lasts

I received this product for free from infulenster and invictus in exchange for my honest review. To be honest, it smells amazing. I would buy this over and over. It gives off notes of wood, it says grapefruit as well but I didn’t notice those. I asked everyone in my family and they also all loved it and it’s perfect to replace my brothers cologne so he can stop spaying his awful smelling axe. This will for sure be in my top 10 favourite rotation. It would make an excellent gift for any guy, I feel the price point for the smell is good to. I will be buying this in the future as the smell lasts quite a while.
