I’m so happy with my purchase of this backpack. I got black with gold trim and it looks so elegant as a purse while also being super functional as a backpack. It fits my 13” MacBook Pro and my iPad with room to spare. I would appreciate some small pockets for pens or other small things inside the bag but I understand why they aren’t there—they’d just end up folded over when it’s working as a purse. I find the strap can slide a bit when set up as a backpack, but it’s much less of an issue when you double the strap through both openings of the sliding lock mechanism—the added friction keeps it from slipping with every movement. You just need to slide open the lock to get the buckle end of the strap through—and there’s still plenty of space left within the lock to lock ... MoreI’m so happy with my purchase of this backpack. I imagine it would be a bit uncomfortable with that much weight for a full day, but it means it’ll be a great personal item on the plane and great for getting from place to place on my trip.

The safety features of the zippers make for a slower entry than I’m used to, but I got used to that quickly and can manipulate them by feel now—don’t have to look at what I’m doing every time.I gave four stars instead of five because the strap is not very comfortable when I have the bag weighted with a water bottle, a notebook, phone, and all the other random things I lug around for an all-day excursion. It’s highly adjustable, but the buckle part always seems to rub in the wrong spot, and the strap itself kinda digs into my shoulder(s) after a while. I've gone through so many bags for travel from backpacks to belt bags to crossbody bags. I found this and think it will probably be my go to from now on. The fabric feels nice and the color is very pretty. It doesn't have the appearance of an anti-theft bag and looks stylish as both a crossbody and backpack. I do like the RFID compartment and the padded pocket if I choose to carry my iPad. My Kindle Paperwhite fits nicely when it's folded as a crossbody and the other things I would want to take have their own areas to stash them. I give it two thumbs up!

This bag is perfect! It is a great travel bag, but also great every day bag. It actually just fits my 13.3 inch MacBook Air (at a slight angel) so I use it as my work bag with a laptop, water bottle, sweater, make up bag, small umbrella, wallet, keys, phone etc.I love the versatility of being able to use it as a handbag or backpack, which is handy for going out after work, or for when you are travelling.The pink lining means it is easy to see inside and you don't loose things.When it is in handbag mode, I have it folded over on the other side so the cute rouching is visible, not the big clasp. I think it looks a little cuter this way :)
This is a great bag for all that it offers. Probably one of the best-looking security travel purses you can find. And it's a backpack! The zipper locks and pull covers are brilliant. I especially love the internal zip pocket that is easy to access from the back but super secure. I kept my wallet and phone in the internal zip and used the zipper securities and never once worried about my belongings while traveling in Spain, even on the busy streets of Barcelona. I love that it holds a lot. Packs flat for easy packing. I do wish that converting to a backpack was a bit smoother and that it was easier to put on while in backpack mode. I also wish there was something like an elastic strap inside the purse that you could use to hold a water bottle upright when in backpack ... MoreThis is a great bag for all that it offers. I have purchased many travel bags and have never been very happy with any of them. This Citysafe bag is the perfect size for airplane travel and as a crossbody purse when exploring a city, traveling on the metro, or walking in the countryside. It's well made, sturdy, and has plenty of room for the things that I like to have with me when traveling. I love that I can reach into the bag from the side pocket to retrieve anything that I need when the bag is folded over as a crossbody purse. There are a number of safety features on the bag which just makes it very difficult for just anyone to access - - except me! In short, I'm in love with this bag and looking forward to getting a lot of use out of it.
I really like the size of the bag. I can include my iPad, light sweater, and water bottle in my backpack. The fabric is durable and the bag is well made. I love the outside zippers and the safety feature of sliding the tab through the loop, but you should come up with a way to snap or hide that tab for a more tho security measure.The inside compartments are a good size. I like the one zipper section that allows you to place valuables within the bag, and there is no way to reach it from the outside zippers.I like the bag and feel it was a good purchase.S C
I purchased the Citysafe CX in Econyl Storm a while back and use it for my everyday crossbody purse. I have used it as a backpack on occasion. The fabric is very nice and durable, wipes off very well.I just ordered the PacSafe Go and look forward to using it on my next trip. I purchased two Pacsafe crossbodies, a large one and small one, ten years ago for a trip to Italy and they still look great. I love the Pacsafe Anti-theft bags.
I love how it converts to a purse. Great for traveling. Backpack for day snd small purse for night. The straps slip when converted to a backpack. I solved the problem by tying a knot at the anchor point or looping the strap twice over the anchor. It’s a bit thick when folded as a purse and I cannot carry a lot but for evening I don’t need a lot of stuff! I love lighter color linings, don’t like blk lining and when I called about this they informed me that the whole line of these bags have different colored linings not black. Love all the locking zippers. I usually don’t use but nice to know they are there. This is a very durable bag and will be used for my travel and daily use. I got the blk , comes with a pink lining. I haven't used the purse yet but I love the look of it and that it is convertible. I left one star off just because I haven't used it yet. The lock system is powerful and it will take a bit to get used to how to unlock the main one but if I did it twice already, I will get the hang of it eventually. It truly is a safe pack. I neglected to check if it is rainproof when I chose it. I may need to use it for dry weather only but if a vacation is in a warm and sunny place....no problem. I would pay extra for a strap that fits the purse use only, instead of having the doubling of it when it is converted. Perhaps that could be offered as an assessory. I'm sure overall that I will enjoy it as much as I love looking at it, just waiting for me to use it.
