It's an awesome product which gives you much more freedom from dragging a floor vac around and forever changing power points as you run out of cord. The Superpro has a long cord which enables us to complete the entire 1st floor of our house without changing power points. The unit is lightweight whilst having great suction on both wooden and carpeted floors.I just have to remember that i have a unit on my back when turning around in a narrow hallway.

This is a great little unit. Not too heavy and with very comfortable padded strap arrangement. Plenty of suction. Good long lead which is replicable if ever needed. On board tools and I particularly like the multi-purpose head which goes seamlessly from carpet or rug to hard floor. Well priced too.

I just do normal housekeeping for private homeowners…The houses are quite big and we live on the beach so we have a lot of sand to pick up…And people don’t clean the house regularly so when you do a clean there’s a lot of dust under the beds…..I’ve had to use my vacuum cleaner for work two times so far and I’m extremely happy I love it……I only wish I brought it sooner….
Well- designed and strikes me as good quality.I have found it is too heavy on my back, unfortunately. 5 kgs isn’t so much but a bit too much for a 68 yr old with hip/ knee issues.I just use the handle to move the backpack around. The turbo head is necessary for carpet, imo.
Excellent!This is the fifth vacuum cleaner we've bought in 15 years but is the only one that I would not at all be surprised to still be using in 15 years. The suction is excellent, and the in-box inclusions are generous to the point of probably being excessive for the home user but it does give confidence that you have everything you need for the entire life of the machine which, as already mentioned, I'm confident will be decades.The ONLY criticism I have is that there are times when the backpack is a little inconvenient for those quick around-the-house jobs, even if it is great for doing the whole house. I think an excellent optional accessory would be a wheeled base that would turn the machine from a backpack vacuum cleaner to a pull-along vacuum. I had a Dyson before that and I don’t know if it is just a diffrence in brandname quality or product standard. I have changed the original filter on my pac vac and I have checked all the vacuum parts to see if there are no blockage but have found nothing. Any suggestions?Thank youRegardsValerie
I saw some cleaning TikTok’s which had me reading the reviews on cleaners opinions of best vacuums on the market. Majority came up for this one and whilst it is a commercial cleaning vacuum, I am renovating and wanted to see how it would handle construction material.It is easy to use, love and hate the 15m lead. Never have to change the plug but hate winding it up when done. Suction is great and cleaning the bag is easy. It does struggle with some larger pieces getting stuck up the pipe, but we are talking about wall remnants.I have two dogs and dog hair everywhere, it’s great for getting all of it, better than my stick Dyson, and cleaning the hair off my lounge. So far so good, especially for the price!
This vacuum is what a vacuum should be. Stick vacuums have gained popularity but what are they using for? 2cm's of floor space? If you can use a backpack vac, then use this one. Will clean a good size house in one go without having to 'charge', long cord, easy use stick & attachments & awesome sucking power. So long stick vac! I've found a new man.
