Its a new product I saw advertised on TV and I have used Pain Away products before and they are fantastic products. I have used heating creams before like the cheaper heat creams and gels but none of them have natural active ingredients for your joints and muscles so if a great product like Pain Away Ultra has great ingredients for my pain relief needs having heat for me with those type of ingredients are even better. Using the spray cream spray with Pain Away heat cream and spray is wonderful for my back and knees before and after golf is the best I've tried.

This is the only deep heat type gear you need! If you want don’t even rub it in it will still work! And if rubbed in a little will not stay on your hand after washing like the creams. Kicks my wrestless legs to the curb when trying to sleep! It’s a God send
It is very effective for pain relief. But smells very strong.
I bought product because Osteoarthritis has been getting worse in recent weeks. Need to be sparing with its use, spray on effected area then wait till it dries & spray again. Heat generated from this product is very robust but does do the job. Not something one would use if going out though, Arthritis Spray would be much better if out-n-about
Once again a great product designed for sore muscles and any aches and pains. Delivered on time in good condition.
