The Palm Centre Jacket, an entry level kayaking cagoule that offers basic levels of protection from the wind and the rain. This makes it easy to get on and off. The wrist seals are neoprene cones, while the waist is semi elasticated. On the chest and also the wrists there are colored flashes that denote the size of the garment. Internally on the back there is then a clear visual print of the size.
